Thank you so very much. Also, to anyone that will PLEASE go to the facebook page "Shame On Teen Challenge" and click like. I want justice for my son, but I also want to raise awareness to other families. This can not happen to anyone else.

Just wanted everyone to know that as of the 19th of March 2012, I have filed a wrongful death suite against Teen Challenge. I hold them responsible for my son Nicklaus "Nick" Ellison's death. I hope this will help others be free from the bondage of Teen Challenge. I am free to speak about the situation now and I am reaching out to the media. I have already spoken to one reporter. Though I may not be able to shut them down, I may be able to open people's eyes to the truth.

Wow I was shocked to find this on the web. So so grateful that someone cares enough for our youth to look out for them. Nicklaus Ray Ellison "Nick" is my son. Everything that was posted was true My heart breaks that I no longer have my child, and I pray that through forums like this and the work I intend to do, that no one else will lose a loved one this way. Teen Challenge has admitted no wrong doing in the death of my son, and no settlement has been offered. However, I will fight until the day that I die for justice for my son, who deserved so much more than the way he was treated.
