We've got a splendid crack epidemic up here.  Law enforcement likes to divert attention away from it now and again by going after weed-growers or declaring that everyone is about to die from meth.  But the fact remains that somehow a whole pile of dope makes it's way all the way here from the andes.  I live in Alberta, with a big population of dislocated folks from all over who have a real affinity and easy access to crack.  Alberta Rocks!
