 I perhaps have a different point of view on race than some of you.I have 3 teeth knocked out from being white and defending myself from mexican predators in a Texas prison. Know I know that the prison populace is not representive of the race....But whatever..

dillaudid is fucked and I hate it heres why...If you are dying of cancer and need some good pain meds, pretty much on a flow 24/7. Hydromorphone (D's) is expensive and only lasts (they say 4 to 6 hours.,..) perhaps 45 mins. Low euphoria, Its ok to kill pain but we cant have you feeling good while you die, might be immoral.
 There are much better opiates for pain..Why not just regulate and RX heroin for the dying? Its super powerful, lasts all day ( 8 - 15 hrs) good euphoria..and cheaper than Dillaudid. You can buy street heroin cheaper than any Rx opiate save hydrocodone ( which is ok for 5 year olds with a TOOTHACHE, I guess) and methadone (which is being rx'd more and more for pain) methadone 10 mg tablets are like 27 cents VS Oxycodone(contin) at a whopping 10 - 80 DOLLARS a tablet.
