Post by: SettleForNothing87 on April 30, 2012, 11:50:43 PM
Food For Thought... Entrapment? Abuse? Cultists?

These are a few of the quetsions my dad had to answer about me on the "applicattion"

Cover of fax: Subject: Family questionnaire for use in assessment process of..Kristin E. Stattel
They ask behavior of child during the last year
these are the ones my dad checked off:

Problems with Mood:

1. depressed/irritable
2. Fatigue/loss of energy
3.Feelings of Worthlessness
4. Bursts of agression (which my dad wrote out occasionally)
5. Poor Concentration
6. Rapid mood swings

Problems With Behavior:

1.Disregard of Parental limits
2. runaways Didnt check it but wrote once threatened
3. School refusal
4.Suspensions
5.Dropping Grades
6. Verbal aggression
7. Problems with authority figures

Other probens:

1. Difficulty making and maintaining friendships
2. older vs youger my dad circles younger as far as peer group (three year difference)

Please briefly describe the most significant issues which led to your decision to place your child in residential treatment?

He wrote- complete lack of interest in school/ academics, a change of friends (New friends have much different values and attitudes than past friends) , no interest in hobbies/after school organized activities or any organized youth activity.
Defiance/or compliance issues with me- refuses to do anything I ask, doesnt want to go to family gatherings, spends excessive time on computer and cell phone.

checked No to Chemical dependency

Listed N/A for any drugs abused

N/A legal history

Does your child have a history of running away? He said yes, wrote ran away from Academy at Swfit River and threatened to run away from home.

Ill post more in a bit.... time to burn...:-)
