Three springs finally closed the wayne county program!!! lack of funding from department of juvenile justice and lack of kids being sent by the department of juvenile justice forced the facility to close!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i am sooo happy

plus semper fi was corporate.. he probably took his ass back to three springs in alabama

I thought they had a wilderness program in Ga. Did they in the past? Noticed that Eckerd has two in Ga.

Post by: mbnh31782 on December 03, 2006, 03:00:39 PM: i believe they took away their "programs" in georgia. the programs in georgia were entirely funded by the state department of juvenile justice. The DJJ stopped sending kids to three springs.

I still do not know if blue ridge closed or not. the new place is abundant life academy (yet another troubled teen place) and the academy will be "interviewing" all wayne county threesprings employees if the employees want the interview. basically i think its a "courtesy".
