I don't think we need a bullhorn.  The hearing is open to the public, so I think calmness and respectfullness for the court is the best thing we can do.   The Federal Marshalls will be out in force around the courthouse, so we must be calm; cept, I'm gonna yell some nice things to Newton and Ruthie when I see 'em.  AFter that, I'll shut up and be a nice respectful boy.

Ha, just got home from a work related road trip.  I saw this post and started laughing my ass off.  Let me set you straight (for lack of a better term), I used to work for the Florida Department of Community Affairs, Division of Community Planning.  I was a Growth Management Administrator and ran the comprehensive planning and development of regional impact program from Manatee Count, north, excluding the Orlando metro area.  Believe me, I'm not a repuglican, nor did I "work" for JEB. I worked for the Secretary of the DCA, who worked for JEB.  After the 2nd conference that my wife and I put on, I was demoted and the state took about $11,000/yr out of my paycheck.   I have since quit working for the state, and now work for myself.  Geez, if your gonna do reserach on me, don't just do a "google" search. There are a lot more data bases than google.

No sorry, rape is not RICO.  Strictly interpreted, rape in Florida, has a 5 year statute of limitations.  For us as children, it happened that our clock did not start ticking until we were 18.  

RICO is a term used for crimes that include racketeering and colusion.  I beleive that the state of FLorida coluded with straight inc to keep it open and running so it could move toward making more of the almighty dollar.  Some of these dollars, then   went to support powerful polilticians during the 70's to the 90's.  I believe that state officials and straight officials worked together to achieve this end.  That, is a RICO crime.

Go look at the movie trailer again.  I am the first person that is interviewed.  Look at me...come on, that guy was never on staff.  As I said before, I wanted out.  I graduated, went to some grad and 7th step meetings. Never on staff.  Thank God.

Ok, here are some answers,

1.  No, I never said my brother's head was put thru the wall....as I said earlier, my younger brother was 7 when I entererd the program and my older brother was around 22.  He was in the Navy.  He went on one of those sibling interviews, that was the closet he ever was to straight.

2.  Statue of limitations runs out 5 years after a person turns 18 according to Florida law.  Don't think I haven't checked it out.  Spent about 1 year looking for lawyers.  All said the same thing.  I am not the victim of a capital crime.  The only way to toll the statutes is to tie straight and the state of Florida to RICO crimes.

3.  I really can't understand what you are writing here.   When I went to a protest, I did tell people that I was thrown into a wall for reading a cereal box.  I said that becuse it is true.  Do you remember the rule? No reading 'cept the bible on 1st phase?

4.  I can name some of the people that fucked with me.  I mostly was fucked with by my oldcomer and his foster brothers.  I got fucked and busted at drop off's and at home.  I got jumped on my birthday when I tried to leave.  It was my 5th day in the program.  I got jumped once again when I tried to leave.    If you were in straight, I am sure you saw people restrained, and tackled.  

So that is honest.  You know, I try and be honest in my life.  I work hard, I am a good parent and husband.  I have tried to do what I can to stop the abuse in the treatment industry. No, I haven't been able to accomplish much, but I have done what I can.  

Why haven't I done more?  Maybe because I don't have the balls to "risk-it-all" I don't have the money or time to quit working and do what it would take to prove RICO.  I personally think it is provable, but I am a land planner, not a fucking lawyer.  I am a small business owner.  I don't have time for doing much more any more than posting on fornits.  My wife and I put on 2 conferences to try and get the word out about child abuse in the treatment industry.  You shoulda been there.  Maybe you can do something to help.

Oh yeah another answer for you.

You wondered when I knew straight was abusive?   I know the answer just like you do.  The moment I  walked into group, I knew something was strange.  The first time I saw a kid confronted I knew it was fucked up.  The first time I saw a kid hit, punched restrained,  denied the privledge of bodily functions, I knew that was wrong.   As I think many of us did, for years, I told myself that even tho straight was so fucked up, "it saved my life"   Not until I became a parent did I realize it was child abuse.  Not until I read and learned about mental abuse did I really recognize what went on in my head and soul for the time I was in straight.  

Answer these questions honestly with the answers you know everone alrday knows the answers to. The maybe we can aks me some questions.
