Its good to see that fornets is still up and running with its jackpot staff and that Somejoker is stil manning the front gate!

I remember the only time that I was told to stand up and tell what was going on with me was during a guys rap. At the same time a good friend of mine Michael, (we car pooled together to and from south Dade) was also told to stand up. I really think that the staff was searching to see if we would break and confess to something, anything.I remember Robert pacing back and forth and pointing , he seem to get more aggressive as we kept saying that we were just fine and that nothing was up. Cliff,Nick,Robert and John all had their shots at us along with few of the other kids in the group.I think now maybe the reason for this sceen was they really had no info from others that lived in our area. That night when were getting ready to leave(Who can give a ride time) Libby came onto the floor and tried to get someone to give Michael a rid home.She didnt want us riding together any more. No reason that I knew of. This lasted only for a couple of days and we were back riding together again. Finally, when we were back riding home together again I asked Michael what he thought the stand up deal was about? He laughed, and said that he had seen that line before and that one of us was fixing to get of the program. Mike was gone wthin two weeks. Was it just a shot in the dark? Could it be a test for Robert? Was it a test for Mike and Me? I will never know. Not long after this I was asked by Libby if I wanted to be a trucker. A reward under the guise of a watchful eye ? I think not. Just free labor.

After reading the latest post one can see the many faces of the Seed... good and bad depending what you were left with after leaving the program. Just like politics some are way to the right and some way to the left. It would be interesting to actully know if liberal vs conservative thinking plays a part in ones perception of  what the seed did for them? Any way, I dont remember playing baseball or football or a mother trucker unless  Artie fills the slot.  Just a thought, Prior to the end of the Vietnam war it was common for the court system to either give a sentence of either going to prison,  the Marine corps  and sometimes the Seed. Its good to see different ideas of thought about the Seed being posted. Has anyone ever sponsered an Oldtimers day other then the Seed.? How bout it?

After spending some time reading the various topics around the Seed forum I have come to the conclusion that this site is for people that feel they were injustly done.I am glad that this site is available for those who need it.However, I am looking for those who have come away from the Seed with no ill feelings and feel that the experience turned out to be a positive one! I know tht I am going to face a lot of grief from the forum in posing this question but why not? For every negative there is a positive.Looking for another good rap session.
