Today Bradbury filed his appeal in Pumpgate reagrding the judge's ruling on the injunction.
It's now in the hands of the Florida District Court of Appeals.
Bradbury won part I of the case, the lawsuit portion. The most important part of the case.
Mel and his attorney's should wonder what day will the process server be stopping by?
This thing is going to go on until at least 2012 because Bradbury is going to sue them back.
