+1. I like to make a batch up and pack the "gunk" into round Altoid tins. After the pemmi is literally horked down by my buds, the Altoid tin is refilled and makes a terrific boom-key. "Hi Honey, I'm home! Show me where the fucking cache is or me and Hamduduu are taking a ride".

BTW, there is something better than a lonely bubble bath (to me)...Snorkeling and spearfishing with a beautiful woman in Antigua for a few days. My knife and a bottle of rum comfort thee. Jason

You've got a fine mix that lacks one item: MEAT!
Dried meat(lean as possible) like venison, beef or the Great Buffalo mixed with your list will be the best trail/emergency/tasty snack. Stay away from the chocolate unless you wanna eat it up fast. The right pemmican recipe is cheap and will last a LONG time. nuff said, enjoy. Jason[ This Message was edited by: misbehaver on 2005-12-13 15:17 ]

Straight, Inc. and Derivatives / Xmas Carols? Here's my mine...

Walkin' in a Sniper's Wonderland

Shots a ring
Are you listening?
In the lane
The blood's glistening
A beautiful site
We're happy tonight
Walking in a sniper's wonderland

In the street a baby's crying
As you stop to set the bomb
He lined up for the kill
Then your brains will spill
Walking in a sniper's wonderland

In the field you can build a big bomb
Then pretend you're really someone else
He says: Are you leaving?
We'll say: No way
But we can do the job
When you're around

Later on
We'll conspire
As we dream by the fire
Of faces so afraid
Of the plans that we've made
Walking in a sniper's wonderland

When we shoot
It's thrilling
Through our sites they get a chilling
We chamber a round
One shot and you are down
Walking in a sniper's wonderland

Walking in a sniper's wonderland
Walking in a sniper's wonderland

Marine snipers wish all a Merry Christmas.
Please add your own Xmas carols. That's the Baghdad version. Add your own, if you wish. I'd bet someone could come up with something "snappy" regarding Straight. Jason[ This Message was edited by: misbehaver on 2005-12-08 16:05 ]

Above was me; wanted to correct my memory lapse. It was a gathering on Bois Blanc Island on Lake Huron. It's mostly a family type deal with lotsa activities for all.(except no firearms) That's partly why I only attended once and too many yuppie types. i still managed to grasp some great knowledge from the "real deal" folks.
Forgive my typo, I took a nasty skull punch in training today sooo....Jason

Pirate, check out braintan.com. Scraping the hair is a bitch, but worth it. Consider honing your skill with two more hides and sew up a shirt or vest. Find a nice girl to do the beadwork. BTW, I met this woman at a primative skills gathering who traps. As I was looking over her trade stock, I noticed a beautiful beaver pelt. She handed it to me to look over and said "Nothings softer than my combed beaver".
I was still laughing my ass off freediving 1/2 mile offshore Lake Erie. Jason

To the the Anon who spewed forum members' names:

Keep my name off your keyboard. I spent 6 months on 1st phase and if you think I'd bring shit to to a survivor, then you need to take a dump and rethink what you accuse. I type my name out of pride and honesty. Do not slander me. Jason

I think there was BS rule about being able to use Oxy.05, but not the .10 version. As my skin started to get nasty (fortunately not acne), I used to smear toothpaste on my face. It sure freaked the oldcomers out when when they saw my Crest mask after they thought my hands were on the shower rail the whole time. Some even laughed their asses off. BTW, I also used the citric acid from the orange peels (squeezed to extract) for facial hygiene. Jason

BTW, ya don't even think about how I kept my willy and nuggies sanitary...or do ya?

I don't rap; I bitch slap. Master G didn't answer my question: Do you give a fuck about people who refuse to leave an urban swamp or leave them to bloat and float? Jason

Straight, Inc. and Derivatives / Forum name changes

Antigen, that was refreshing. I was gonna chime in on the "Veteran" moniker, but didn't wanna stir shit. Call it what you want. A "Survivor" will utilize all assets to stay alive to a varying degree of success. That's what I did while in the program. Some others took a different line and carried more baggage. I remain nonplussed and don't give a shit.

Regarding the "Veteran" name change, I don't like it. You summed it up well. Jason

If there is some interest, I might do a few stock reduction Phasers and Misbehavers. Full on customs (hand forged) are above my skill level, but I could procure a few forged knives if...

First, I gotta grind out some protos and do some "testing". I've got some buds who are more than happy to point out any weak/problematic design flaws. Pricing will reasonable (or maybe barter?)Jason

No implications at all regarding size. I just figured the "Phaser" would be suitable for more varied tasks than the "Misbehaver". Maybe it's a bad idea and I'd probably end up sued. Scrub the idea. Jason

webcrawler, in Coronado (CA), the cops tend to take out their trash. They also don't fuck with ex-mil, esp. when I'm strolling down Mission Beach with my chow/pit mix. No body; no foul. Jason

webcrawler, I'm aware of expedient weapons. I threw my weight onto a 'banger, hit a curb and broke his hip. I was just offering a piece of steel that may be significant to survivors. Jason
