Title: Public defender experienced with special diagnose
Post by: Oscar on June 14, 2011, 03:30:16 AM
The parents over in the conductdisorder forum is looking for a public defender: Onyxx court this afternoon... (http://http://www.conductdisorders.com/forum/f6/onyxx-court-afternoon-41106/)

The child is diagnosed with Dissociative Identity Disorder (http://http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dissociative_identity_disorder) but the parents went diagnose-shopping because they found it too hard to deal with.

Now the child is at a youth shelter after avoiding a RTC (We are not talking of inhumane states like Utah and Idaho, so she can only get court-ordered into treatment)

She is charged with possession and breaking/entering because she was in the wrong crowd at the wrong time. She wants to plead guilty but due to the kids-for-cash scandal the courts want to be certain that the minors have proper legal aid.

The area is Dayton near Ohio.

Are there any public defenders which have experience with such clients?
