An open discussion about the troubled parent industry
This section allows you to view all posts made by this member. Note that you can only see posts made in areas you currently have access to.
But you also need to keep in mind that many of these kids dropped out of school and to get them into the classroom with dedicated teachers and open their books , get them back on track academically and study is a huge step.
His only intention was to muddy the waters so badly that nobody could find any information they were looking for. Failing that he would just start posting that people sexually molested their own children, which, to an outside reader, is the point where they say "This site is ridiculous!" and stop looking, which was Whooter's goal - to drive information seekers away from Fornits and to program marketing sites.
Now that will stop and we can get back to real discussions like we had before Whooter arrived. You may not see that, Oscar, because Whooter was here when you got here, so you don't know how nice it was before to deal with just your standard industry trolls. Whooter literally dedicated every moment of every day into destroying this resource and he was successful for six years. It had to be stopped sometime.
My wife went to an LGAT
The drill here on fornits sometimes is if one person had a bad experience than they assume every AA meeting is abusive.
Good morning. And what a wonderful morning it is. Let me be the first to pass on the good news that Whooter has been sentenced to a lifetime ban from Fornits. Finally he has been held accountable for his atrocious behavior and his obsessive/compulsive disorder will have to be satisfied via other endeavors.
Since I know you're reading but can't respond, let me just give it to you "straight out". Say it with me now...
Ha,Ha,Ha!
 :twofinger: :soapbox: :deal: :roflmao:
He never answers the questions that would save childrens lives. He doesn't care.
Quote from: "Anne Bonney"Isn't this called "Flooding"? Repeating the exact same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over again?
LOL, a little different when your friends do it?
Quote from: "Dysfunction Junction"Quote from: "Whooter"Some do work outside the law, I think we agree here.
Can you provide us a list of the ones you are aware of that operate illegally? Thanks in advance.
Which ones, Whooter?
Quote from: "Dr Fucktard"Quote from: "Anne Bonney"those opinions don't send you away to a re-education camp like those bogus questionnaires that programs use.
If it looks like a druggie, acts like a druggie, talks like a druggie...
Need I say more?
Ha,Ha,Ha,
Quote from: "Anne Bonney"Quote from: "Whooter"Believe it or not we have posters here who think that EdCons and therapists cannot diagnose kids over the internet. They claim if the kid isnt seen in person then it must be a bogus diagnosis.
Yeah, crazy I know. Those questionnaires are dead on!
What qualifications to EdCons have to "diagnose" ANYone? And please dont' cite their own review board that basically rubber stamps anyone as long as they can pay the fee.
Exactly my point to none-ya. He claimed he could diagnose me over the internet, so why the double standard?

Quote from: "Dysfunction Junction"Quote from: "Whooter"Quote from: "Dysfunction Junction"But "trying their best to help their kids" means not using the services of the programs which are pure quackery.
Sending Junior to a quack factory isn't "helping".
I agree, here with you a bit DJ, the parents should seek out the best help for their child. I would not recommend those programs which are quackery or utilize unproven methods. The parents need to investigate the options available to them and choose a direction which is best for their child and family.
Can you provide us names of some programs which are practicing quackery or unproven methods? I'd like to see your list of programs we should all avoid.
We're all ears, Whooter. Tell us the quack programs you believe should be avoided.
Exactly, I think we agree here. If they are not getting the TRUE help that they need locally then it is good parenting to look outside the local area to get help for your child. The parents should not just throw up their hands and say "Oh well Anne Bonney says we should not look outside our local area for help, lets just hope for the best and keep the child at home.".
Do you see what I mean?
