The open street gang violence in Nørrebro has been highlighted in the latest travel warning from the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO).

The update on the FCO website, dated January, maintains that British citizens should ‘exercise extra caution’ when in the Nørrebro area as a result of the gang conflict. The site also maintained that there continues to be a general terrorist threat level against Denmark, as there is in many European countries.
The FCO warned that the recent spate of violence between the Hells Angels and minority gangs included shootings, but said they were localised to the criminal elements involved.

Since last summer there have been more than 60 street shootings in the Greater Copenhagen area, many of which have been linked to an on-going turf battle between the Hells Angels bikers and a number of different immigrant gangs.

The latest shooting occurred on Amager on Sunday evening when 30-year-old Anders Wehage was gunned down in Café Våren by two men of immigrant background. Three others were injured in the attack which was linked to the gang disputes, but it has emerged that neither the dead man nor the injured had any connections to the biker group.

Other news are that the police established an convoy of trucks with armed escorts bringing food out to elderlies and disables, who have starved during some days because the delivery firms are afraid to deliver in certain areas of Copenhagen.

The politicians are now talking about supporting one of the gangs by punishing their opponents heavier for the same crime.

Where does ordinary crime stop and a civil war start?

Our police was in the area massive with about 50 cops. There was at the scene within minutes and arrested three others who were wearing body armor, but the sale has been 50-dobled since the war started, so they were all released this morning as they had no connection to the latest shooting. The price is only half of when the war started. Everybody buys them. Even the police because the government issued are of poor quality. One of my friends is a cop and when he purchased one, he met some of his normal "clients". They had a chat and he learned that they are also worried. There has even been parents who want to buy some for their children who goes to school in that area and because we have no curfew laws also are out in the street once they are 12 to about 22-23. It is soon like England where stab-proof school uniforms are being sold.

During the Great Nordic Biker war a lot of rocket weapon were stolen from the Swedish army. Because our nation is small, the police knew in advance that one of the gangs had them. They even had an informant who told where to find them, but the police was told to back off, because the politicians wanted to use the war to make tougher laws. A direct result we have a law where a group which are targeted by another group can not own property in populated areas because an attack using rocket could kill the neighbors.

We are several who believes that present war is provoked by our goverment because they want to increase the period where the police can detain people without charging them. A recent law allowed the police to hold people for 6 hours without charging them. They use this law randomly almost every Sunday at soccer games. I live far from a soccer stadion but like most people I stay near my house between 9 and 14 on Sunday because I wont risk waste a Sunday in Jail. It has been proposed that the police should be allowed to detain people for weeks without involving the court system in relationship with the war.

But what is civil war?. Wikipedia defines it as:

A civil war is a war between organized groups to take control of a nation or region, or to change government policies.

The question is whether they just want to control the drug market or they want to go further and change our culture as it is done in England where Sharia law is welcomed for certain groups so we can risk two kind of justice systems in the same country.

I am not going to judge whether we have a civil war or not. I am only going to stay indoor.

In the 1950's, the public attitude was "once an addict, always an addict." Neither jail nor hospital stays seemed to make a bit of difference to an addicted person. Father O'Brien started researching other means of treating addiction. One of the places he looked at was Synanon. In 1958, Charles Dederich, himself a recovering alcoholic, started Synanon as a community of recovering people. This system was based on group encounters and addicts confronting each other, demanding self-revelation and responsibility.

Concurrent with Father O'Brien's search, a group of learned men from the Brooklyn Court system was on a similar quest.  Dr. Alexander Bassin, Chief Researcher for the Kings County Supreme Court Probation Department, was perturbed by the disheartening results of turnstile sentences given to addicts. Dr. Bassin's strength of purpose spurred his boss, Joseph Shelly; criminologist Herbert A. Block; and Dr. Dan Casriel, a consulting psychiatrist with the Brooklyn Court, to a nationwide search for an effective response to the addicts who showed up in their courtrooms. They also saw possibilities in Synanon.

By a fortuitous turn of fate, Father O'Brien and Dr. Casriel chose the same day to visit the Synanon intake center in Westport, Connecticut. What they saw there convinced them that they were on the right track.

I believe that Daytop's program is developed from Synanon just like CEDU's but in another direction. It is the same as with languages. People speak German, Danish, Swedish etc. but if they travel around in their own country they have difficulties understanding what their countryman tells them, but it is still their native lauguage which is spoken.

Due to the on-going civil war in Denmark we have decided to suspend further meetings. The safety of our members has to come first.

What it means is that we will continue maintenance of the wiki and stop vandalism, but our posters on various message boards will concentrate on addressing our own politicians so we can save our nation.

The background on the third gang war is:

Back in the 1980's Hell Angels entered Denmark and started a war with an all Danish biker club called Bullshit. After introducing machineguns they wiped out Bullshit and took over the drug market which until 2003 was concentrated in a part of Copenhagen which proclaimed their independence of the Danish laws in 1971 (Christiania).

In 1994 the second gang war started. This was called the Great Nordic Biker War. This time they used weapons left behind by the Red army. We were talking anti-tank rockets and of course machine guns. Our army was tied up in Bosnia and the biker gangs outgunned the police forces 10 times. The Danish police did however increase their firepower and political pressure and threats of recalling our army meant that the Tinndahn-Nielsen peace agreement was made in 1997. This agreement divided the drug market in Denmark between the two groups.

 Some years ago our present government invaded Christiania and closed Pusher Street. A huge percentage of our police force is now tied as an occupying force limiting their capacity in relationship with other police business. The same year the age limit for alcohol purchase limit was raised from 15 to 16. As result of the invasion the drug market were spread out all over our country. Where the police in the old days stood at the border and fined people for drug use, drugs are now sold in every school all over our country.

But not only is the closure of Pusher Street to blame. Danes are introduced to alcohol by their parents aged 14 or 15 when they are confirmed. With the old age limit they could purchase alcohol in the shops without disturbing their parents. Personally I have no problems with a teen aged 14 drinking alcohol, but here kids are generally polite and leave us alone instead of asking for the same thing all day. Unfortunately the difficult access to alcohol means that they turn to drugs instead. We are now talking of 2 drugs users in every class-room when they are leaving middle school. We have a European statistic here.

After the second gang war the biker clubs became lazy. New groups of second generation youth coming from the Middle East entered the market. They are youth who celebrate 9/11 as a victory. The official Denmark asked the media to start the Cartoon war. The cartoons were based on Herge's masterpiece from 1930 of a journalist from Belgium visiting the Central Republic of Congo. Our victory was huge, but it didn't scare the youth gangs away. Last year the third gang war started and now people in certain parts of Copenhagen are strip-search both by the police and the youth gangs when they enter parts of Denmark no longer under control by the central government in Copenhagen. As ordinary and peaceful citizens we are placed in a loose-loose situation.

1) The police have given extra powers to strip-search people without reason. They can detain people for 6 hours as preventive detention. They don't have to bring charges forward and don't need to involve the court-system. The damage for ordinary citizens are huge if they are recognized by family, colleagues or business partners because it means guilt in the eyes of the public if a person has business with the police without protesting loudly. If we choose to leave our house our reputation and career could be damaged beyond repair.

2) If the youth gangs find tattoos or people are unshaved looking like a member of a biker gang undercover they are attacked with knife or guns.

3) In towns outside Copenhagen locals attack strangers. Several yokels attacked a college with foreigners because they had been insulted by people from Iceland. Unfortunately they started to shoot at people from Poland. In Denmark a person is regarded as a stranger if this person chooses to move more than 50 kilometers from his or her hometown.

Right now we are prisoners in our own home. We are waiting whether our government decides to pull our forces from the 11'th Christian crusade in Afghanistan. The gang war is now a full scale civil war. Just yesterday the police created a strip-search zone in Esbjerg in Jutland.

We will return when the two fractions have made a peace agreement.

I think that we need an overview of the situation with extended costudy.

We know that several states have a very relaxed attitude regarding extended custody, which can be a real killer for youth matured and very ready for the world.

In in parts of Idaho where the employment depend very much on the existence of the behavior modification industry, it is very easy for parents to extend costudy for years.

Hours!!

We are talking about a persons freedom. What about and independent evaluation and a case before a court as it is done in most civilized countries?

Who will examine the various laws so we can get a nationwide overview?

Unfortunately those two programs have been able to fly under the radar. We have a little about Alpine Academy on the European server. We will keep digging.
