Hey, anybody know anybody in a tax free liquor state or w/ access to a duty free shop?

Well I'll tell ya.. With me, sometimes liquor renders a state that's not too taxing... But then there are those times when I have one hell of a time maintaining 'upstanding citizenship' while under the influence...it depends...
