Will "Child Advocate" Isabelle Zehnder place Focal Point Academy on CAICA's Watchlist now that this facility has a law suit agaisnt it that names her friend and colleague, Sue Scheff as a Defendant?
Or, will Zehnder show favortism to CAICA's previous Advocate of the Month, Scheff, and avoid placing this facility on the Watchlist?
