I am curious how many kids this woman ultimately referred to WWASPS programs before she had the reported fallout with them over her commission (see Sue Scheff documents file)? 10 - 25 - 50 - 100 - or more? Anybody know?
Also, if you read the statement below, it sounds to me like Ms. Scheff is contending she formed PURE to help prevent parents from making the same mistake Scheff did when she placed her child in an abusive WWASPS program, yet we know from reading the transcripts from the WWASPS v. PURE trial that Ms. Scheff continued to refer OTHER parent's children to WWASPS for @9 months AFTER she formed PURE.
Excerpt from page 6 of her blog:
After entrusting the life of her daughter to a WWASP school which turned out to be abusive and dangerous, Scheff knew she had to help prevent other parents from making the same mistake- and thus was born P.U.R.E.â„¢
Today P.U.R.E.â„¢ has helped thousands of parents around the United States, by providing them with confidential support and treatment referrals for their troubled teens. Sue Scheff™’s book, “Wit’s End!â„¢â€

When did Scheff remove her daughter from the WWASPS program? According to what I have read, it was sometime in November 2000.
Reportedly, Kevin Ritchey (former Teen Help employee who like Randall Hinton, once handled her WWASPS referrals) is involved with a program of his own now - also not unlike Randall Hinton who left Teen Help to form a program in Puerto Rico called White River Adventures, and later, Royal Gorge Academy in Colorado.

It's been documented that Sue Scheff refers to Kevin Richey's program in Kansas, Tipton Academy:

Hmmm. Randall Hinton isn't due to start serving his jail sentence until next month. Has anyone thought to "interview" the guy?

Can't this woman ever stop exploiting her daughter?

Wonder why Scheff's daughter doesn't write her own "Mommy Dearest" book. Now, that's a book people might buy!

Is Scheff and her kid part of the Turley lawsuit?
