And several members of the staff has worked for WWASP before. It looks like a relaunch attempt. They are never giving up - are they?

The manager tried to run a group home some years ago. He cut expenses and only one adult was on the job when two teenager tried to escape. To make the story short the employee died. His license to run the group home was revoked.

Now he is in business again and he is running a for profit facility. How long before he cuts the expenses again and something terrible happens?
