Fornits has a dirty little secret. It's a secret that the posters here don't want you to know about because they need to feel they are the victims. The truth is the posters here, and people like them are actually the perpetrators of abuse. The abuse that does happen in programs, happens out of view of staff by the students themselves. They attempt to attribute this violence to programs, and staff, but this violence only happens because these little teenage monsters cannot handle being left alone for even one micro second. The abuse that happens in programs is kids preying on other kids. The people who are guilty of abuse are the ones crying about it the most. Go ahead. Ask some of the "survivors" here if they ever abused a kid. They will answer yes. You ask a staff that same question and the answer is always no. This site is propaganda to cover up this dirty secret, and this topic will probably be deleted because it is so taboo.

Take notice fornits, parents like this usually become militant program fighters for one reason. They are terrified what their child might reveal to their therapists, and others they learn to trust while in treatment. What deep, dirty secrets is this parent attempting to hide? I'll give you a little hint, in cases like this it's usually a case of incestuous sexual abuse about 90% of the time.

As far as we know none of the Spft's posters, who are on this message board have been in a program. We all live in the nordic countries. where we fight the industry's attempt to enter the European market and to lobby our politicians to alter our laws.

Well, thanks, Guest. You are correct when you note that some abuse happens in programs due to "kids preying on other kids." That *IS*, precisely, how most of these programs work, whether they call it "group," "rap," guided group interaction," positive peer culture," "brother's keeper," or whatever. It's program-sanctioned bullying which is required of kids in order for them to advance in the program. It's a part of that all-important "Lord of The Flies" prerogative, so key to maintaining the "therapeutic milieu." :D

You also sound like a social worker from one of our local 3rd grade public schools. She lived on a different planet too. Thought violence was never an acceptable solution. I guess she never read the constitution, our castle doctrines or studied world history.

My vote is CALO. Programmies always seem to flock here after something big goes down relative to their duck farm. AARC was pretty active here after the news piece.
I don't mean to sound insulting, but I for one am shocked. I had no idea this forum was so high profile for programmies to actually consider it a threat and therefore worth trolling.

I think it'll be better than that in coming days. The issue has legs whether we ever noticed it or not. Just happens that we were on it a decade or so ahead of the mainstream.
To OP, you must be straight up out of your fuckin' skull! Yeah, of course some of the violence is perpetrated by fellow detainees. I've even detailed some pretty raw incidents that I myself witnessed and so have many others. Things like rape of a 13 year old by a 21 year old fellow inmate ordered to the program as an alternative to Raiford (http://http://www.dc.state.fl.us/FACILITIES/region2/205.html) Did the 13 year old do the 21 year old's intake? Did he choose to be his newcomer so he could be ass fucked nightly God knows how many times until he got "confronted" in group for bleeding all over his chair? Nope. Staff did the intake. Staff sent this kid home with this child rapist.
And ya know what? Staff decided, in their infallible wisdom, to start the rapist over on fist phase and cure him with more programming for a couple of months before sending him home with more 13 - 15 year old victims.
You want to defend that sort of treatment of yours or any other kids? Ok, I don't tell anyone what to do. That's between you and your god.

I think I breezed in around 2005 or so. Back when the favorite player-haters were ottowa and karen. That was around the same time that the whole carlbrook thing broke and people were going kind of nuts with that.
The mainstream is always ten years behind.
