Brat Camp- China
The Chinese have come up with a unique way of reforming naughty children or bad students. They're sent to 'walking school' and forced to march up to 800 km across the country.

Long March Redux... and not surprising either the Chinese have been struggling with the breakdown of their culture due to the communist enforced 1 child rule. The 1 child tends to end up being the apple of the WHOLE family's eye and of course the end result is no where near the traditional expectations for a dutiful son or daughter... Well that is if the daughter isn't dumped down a well on birth.
