It was only a matter of time before an epidemic of preventable but highly dangerous disease hit a WWASP facility in the US. They refuse medical treatment until the kid is practicly dead. The facilities are disgusting and unmaintained. There is no sanitation. The foriegn programs have already had cases where kids almost died from disease.
If there is an outbreak of TB at Ivy Ridge which there very likely is according to the article. If a kid dies because medical care was withheld that is negligent homocide in NY state.

Don't these schools insist upon a TB clearance BEFORE kids are admitted and require all staff to have clearances as well, as a condition of employment and or state health codes?
