I’m surprised there isn’t already a list compiled somewhere around here, but I couldn’t find one, even in Collective Action Network (http://http://www.fornits.com/phpbb/viewforum.php?f=59). If it is there, it might be a good thing to sticky it.
I’ve linked anything that comes along as I find it in various posts, but my brain is a bit too taxed to go back through.
