I know that our researcher on this program is aware of the rumors. However as you can read from the links of the wiki datasheet they control the media in this area.

I am thinking of this specific link, which tells a story about how difficult it is for newspapers to go into this neighborhood.

Maybe they confuse the incident where a boy survived the fall in 2005, maybe there is a second death. Now where she hopefully is closing their operations down, some should approach the area with shovels and start digging. God only knows how many secrets which are hidden up there.

We have found these incidents, which is listed on our Spring Creek datasheet:

Quote
Spring Creek Lodge received a lot of the detainees, which was sent home when Morova academy - the school in Brno, Czech Republic - also a WWASP facility - was shut down due to suspicion of child abuse in 1998. Claire and Mia Fontaine has wrote a book about Mia's stay at both facilities where the readers can learn how the level system combined with parent seminars are able to to alter the sense of reality for both parent and child to a fact that they both are happy with the child being locked up [3]

Another transfer of detainees happened when Casa by the Sea in Mexico was shut down in 2004 - also due to suspicion of child abuse [4]

In 2004 a girl managed to commit suicide. It is only known attempt to succeed out of several attempts [5].

In 2005 a student with the name Adrian Sanders was hurt, when he fell down from a cliff during a transport from Spring Creek to another WWASP facillity [6]

In 2006 a 15 year old boy and his mother frooze to death when their car became stuck while returning to the facility which is located in a remote area [7]

In 2006 MontanaPBS made a TV program called "Who is watching the kids?" with focus on Spring Creek Lodge, which can be watched online [8].

In 2009 it rumored that the facility closed december 2008 and a second child died at the facility. Both rumors have not been confirmed [9]

If my entrence was blocked by a black jeep and a light blue car (which it was when Google Street went around), I would be mad. You have to have the right to park as near your house as possible.

While our policy at Spft prevent us form outing ourselves, the address of our founder can be seen on his private webpage. It is not a secret and I have permission to out it. His car has a different color today because it was run over by a drunk driver. He doesn't consult AA, NA and anything else. At no point in his life such services have been needed. His injuries prevent him from drinking alcohol and also take painkillers or any other medication. He wont die if he do, but he need to be able to alert a doctor whenever the level of pain changes.

Google maps are unable to locate the exact house, but it is the last one in the first row just after Park Alle turns. Just in case some gets the idea to try to convince the courts in Denmark to a raid for documents, I have to discourage you. No information about the volunteers are kept at that address, if you should find a court in Denmark who would fight free speech. Due to his continued heath problems, Spft are in a proces of getting a new chairman.

Most have not heard about Tvind. You can find some info here on Rickross.

What is known about them?

They are in more than 50 countries milking the authorities promising to take care of at-risk kids.

They have two cities of their own. One in Mexico and one in Zimbawe. They had their own dictator - Mugabe. Now where he is risking loosing the power, the management is in Mexico.

What kind of programs do they run?

Not very strict. A little manual work, some therapy etc. but no use of violence and the students can bring a cell phone.

Why such a relaxed program? Does it help the kids?

It doesn't help the kids, but it doesn't damage them either. The main purpose of the program is to milk the tax-payers.

Beside the programs they collect used clothes for the third world. This operation is called UFF. The students sort it before IT IS SOLD in the third world. For income they buy up land. The have farms in Costa Rica and South Africa. They are registered as an non-profit organization and doesn't have to pay taxes.

Just to show why Lichfield etc. are amaturs who are unable to think big when it comes to mansion and office space here are some photos of their Las Pulgas main office.

According to a worried parent on another board she has a CEDU past.

Who is this woman and what do we know about her?

They have ordered the poor lonely mother off the campus because they think that the son and the mother are too "co-dependent". And the son needs his mom and she needs him too because she is bullied at her work. She cannot quit because she then needs "to save her sons life" and has to go to work every day taking all the dirty words etc. It is a hard time when it comes to money.

So in order to help her a little (Some parents are human) lets digg up what dirty clothes his new director has in her closet. We have infiltrated this parent board, so we can pm the mom secretly.

I just want to say I was a girl in the program at Reclamation Ranch and I just got home about a week ago. All the accusations that are being made are completely false. The only reason those boys said those things was because they wanted to go home so bad and desperate boys will do desperate things to get what they want. So i hope whoever made those accusations feels horrible because none of the staff members would do anything to hurt us. Oh and just incase you didnt know we didnt get put in the Ranch because we were Angels and completely honest. We got sent there because we were liars and needed help. There are so many people that go in and out of these homes and we have never had any reports of abuse. They would never hurt us. Daddy Jack is like my adopted Dad and I cant believe anyone would try to ruin the work that he started to help people. And if there was ever anyone one who even attempted to hurt one of us Daddy Jack would either get the person himself and go to jail for us or get the person sent there. Oh and as for the food.... We ate the most amazing homestyle cooking food I have ever eaten in my life. We deffinatly dont starve there. You can ask all of the staff they wont make us eat anything they wouldnt eat. The so called outdated cereal.... We got donated to us like the guy said up top the dates are for when to sell it buy. I ate the cereal my self and it was perfectly fine. It was actually some of my favorite cereal. When we even started to think it was going bad we threw every bit of it out. And yes the girls and boys have to ask for everything because we have so many people in ouor home we have to have some kind of order to know where everyone is. ALSO!!!! AS FOR THE GUNS AND SHACKLES AND HANDCUFFS..... Havent yall ever heard of hunting? That is why alot of people keep that kind of stuff. Even with handguns I know I am gonna have one when I have my children because if anyone attempts to touch them I will not have it. The shackles we have for certain reasons. Most of us girls came against our will. We didnt want to get help we wanted to stick to our drugs sex and alcohol so when we get them they try to hit and kick so we have to do soemthing ANWYAS Everyone who doesnt care about there kids and lets them do anything they want thats wrong and the Ranch loves us more than anything and this whole situation is CRAP. Thx

I believe in people hitting rock bottom before they are able to fight an claimed addiction. I believe that people can only change what they voluntary acknowledge.

Putting shackles on a person and wait until this person surrender to a God 'sounds as abuse to me.

Wow! Thanks for all the information.
Do you know if the Rachel Academy is anything like how the Rebekah Home for Girls was? As far as the "bible discipline", windows with alarms, and ten-foot fences? Judging by the pictures it seems to be an okay place. Should I be concerned about my sister being brainwashed or abused at the Rachel Academy for Girls?
Thanks again.
no, u have nothing to worry about. i was at reclaimation ranch for men for 6 mnths and interacted alot with the girls camp . mrs. trudy allred is a good woman with good christian morals! your sis is safe with her!
Unless they paddle her beyound recognization.

If you look at the comments after the raid, former victims defended the use of the paddle. They are using corporal punishment to secure that the detainees are kept in line. However, the young women were informed of their rights and hopefully the social services will continue to visit the girls so they can take up any complaints with the authorities.

Has the sheriff closed SMART tents (link to our datasheet)?

The website is still up. Don't worry. In a country where one out of 100 are in prison and 1 of 8 has been in prison at one point in his or her life if the present strategy is kept, he doesn't need a program to learn him about prison. He will be there in due time.

Another thing. I suspect that you are a troll, if it isn't so then let me inform you.

Even parents on parent message boards know that a person, who don't acknowledge his or her addiction should be allowed to hit rock bottom. Using even a cent on rehab without this acknowledgment is waste of money. From a thread on one of these message boards:

Quote
Quite honestly, all the rehab in the world won't help until he hits bottom and admits he has a problem. I am sorry.

Quote
Second he needs to accept that he has a problem or your money is wasted. No human can fix a problem they are not acknowledging.

Quote
Rehab will only work if your son wants it to work. If not, he will return to the same area and might begin using again.

There is only one thing you can help him with. You can avoid being an enabler! Give him your love, food and a place to feed but nothing else. No money, nothing else. Let him know that he can talk to you and you know.  Addiction is something many people struggle with. In some businesses like the media business it seems that you cannot succeed without having at least one stint in rehab under your belt.

Back to your son: What if he continues to use regardless of the fact that you have outlined some household rules?

I would recommend that you leave some articles about the Nebraska laws lying around for him to discover. He needs to understand there are other places to live by his rules if he doesn't accept your rules. You don't need to waste your money to tell him that and a waste it would be until you are honest with him.

I guess that if you phoned an RTC tomorrow they will offer to transport him into their program sooner than yesterday, but remember they are in the business for profit. If you ran a businees you would properly recommed your services also.

I pray that you find the courage to level with your son and be a strong parent.

The Troubled Teen Industry / Re: Any info on Project PATCH or Cove Creek?

Bump

There is no need for Project Patch to fly under the radar.

They have level systems and timeout rooms where youth are placed for 24 hours until they break down.

We have been able to locate their ranch. Their webpage has the student manual up and there is a video on Myspace about them.

A datasheet will be up soon, but we have not been able to find any survivor groups. Could we get some help please?

1600
For their system to work, they need a place for youth violating their zero-tolerance policy. Some needs to obtain the latest version of one of their contracts. Then the answer is given.

Gulf Coast Academy turned out to be too expensive to repair if they want to stop the youth from escaping the facility.

I see Oceanside as a finishing school for Ivy Ridge, which cannot issue papers from their normal diploma mill due to laws in the state of New York. It is too small and placed in the middle of Rosarito where the authorities can see what is going on very easy. Wouldn't the neighbors react to the screams?

I think that they learned their lesson so off-shore camps need to be for youth, they have broken.

They seem to have some kind of a connection to Second Nature. Some time ago one of our volunteers found this link.

Rotsne has the flu, so I went looking for data about Jerry McLaurin, who died November 2, 1999.

Instead our search found records of a death not on the list:

Look at this case, which is called:

SUSIE LEMOINE, ON BEHALF OF ANDREW EST. OF LEMOINE, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ANDREW LEMOINE, DECEASED, PLAINTIFF-APPELLEE,
v.
NEW HORIZONS RANCH AND CENTER, INC., ET AL., DEFENDANTS, PAUL SCOTT; KELLY HUTCHINSON; AND WAYNE HAIRGROVE, DEFENDANTS-APPELLANTS

Does this case qualify for the list?

Bullying and other issues, which may cause students to fail in the ordinary school settings are issues the schools should fight instead of expelling the students becoming victims of it. The crown princess in Denmark is the front figure in a national campaign against bullying in the public school system here in Denmark.

If I take the local school my kids are attending, they have:

1) Educated students in form 8 and 9 educated in crisis management between students. They carry orange vests and negociate peace when students turn to fight so the teachers can use the time to do what they are paid for - to teach!
2) Every school as of 2008 are required to have 3 teachers in the socalled Activity-contact-comfort unit. It is a unit which takes of the social environment inside the school system. Are the parents happy? Do they know each other? Are the students happy?

If a student gets out of control, they dont call the police unless we are talking students above 15 years of age. They can be sent home and the parents can be informed. Also truancy and runaway children are not something the child is punished for by the system. The parents can get a fine but thats it. Education is a gift. If people won't take an education. (20 percent aged 18 have not), they can get a McJob career. We have a education system for adults who realize their mistake when they grow up they can attend in the evening. They are offering all forms down to 6. It is quite common for middle aged people with Dyslexia to receive education while they are adults because they were regarded unruly in their childhood. Now where we know what the problem is, they can get the education they were cheated from.

Then there is the medication. I believe that a lot of behavior problems is caused by overmedication. In Denmark the percentage of the population on medication is only 1/10 of the States. ADHD is rarely treated before school because we have the wood kindergartens. A voilent pre-school kid would end up being send to this ourdoor daycare where stress is low.

We have our continuation school which is close to your TBS. They are less restricted and often the students have cell phones. When I drive to our department in Jutland, I can observe a group of teens standing on a hill nearby because it is the only place near the school they can get a signal. Often a teacher is also standing in the same spot trying to phone privately.

We have 7 closed TBS's where there is room for 191 "students". People have to commit a crime to be there. I have a link to one of them here.

We know that people become institutionalized when they are being kept in a boarding school or in a TBS. That's why it is avoided as much as possible. People may not die in a TBS, but there is huge risk of them failing returning to society regardless of how wellrun the TBS is. The aftercare process are even more important than the treatment given during a stay.

Thats why we choosed to look for deaths after leaving a TBS. This area is ignored. Look at this thread about a 17 year old girl. Now she only functions well inside a jail after 3 stays at RTC's.

Bottom line - my point is: If there is problems with the ordinary school, the ordinary school system has to change. However, that's not what we are dealing with on this board.

If a decent un-programming system has to be be established in order to save lives, we have to chart the deaths so we can see how huge the problem is. That's a valid reason for the death lists. And don't think that that the parents are not covered with grief due to the death of their child. I bet that they are ready to pay whatever money they have just to be able to turn the clock back and choose otherwise. Unfortunately it can not be done.

If you check the links you will find that they recommend WWASP aka Teen help to parents.

Who is financing who in this case?
