All that bucket talk sounds like one of them buckets of gold chloride I have waiting to be precipitated and how I eagerly anticipate melting that muddy brown gold precipitate into yellow shiny gold... I'm used to it. We'll leave the light on for you.

Just as a matter of reference and perspective, Robert Lichfield, the mogul of the teen help/hurt industry these days, had at one point over 930 separate business entities registered to the same office address there in St. George UTAH. He's thick as thieves with that Mitt Romney dude who's most likely thick as thieves with Sembler, so who knows, lots of $$$ and power to throw around, that's for sure. Digiorno or Domino's?  :roflmao:

I'm informed just fine thank you. I'm just being technical, that's all. My bad. Why again is AARC still open?

« on: January 30, 2011, 12:25:25 PM »
program owners have a habit of filing for bankruptcy if they are being sued, in order to avoid their impending obligations to pay their victims. What I would like to see is a concerted effort to make this pattern known to the 'authority' in this case, meaning the DOJ office there in Indy. It is small consolation to me that Terri and Ken are in the "program" right now, but it is fitting seeing that they have now made a rather uncomfortable bed in which to lay, LOL. I would hate to see the plaintiffs suing PFC/TERRI/KEN Nissley to get nothing when in fact these Nissley's have made SO MUCH money over the years from their  fraudulent quack therapy scam. I mean, come on, there's got to be a way to prove they have assets. They sold the Milford property after it was given to them but they took out a mortgage on it more than a year before they closed. HMMM.... I think the FBI is not too far behind, LOL.

WHO ELSE HERE CARES ABOUT THIS? SUMMON THE TROOPS!  ::unhappy::  ::unhappy::  ::unhappy::

As it stands now, in my mind, aarc and straight are 2 different entities altogether. If you can show me a record with a straight inc filing on AARC I'll change my mind. Equating and direct corporate ties are two different things. The original report ISAC did in 2003 or so with that CTV reporter primarily focused on the Miller Newton influences and how the model is strikingly similar.

As far as Teen Challenge, well, I'd say they're a lot closer to straight than AARC, but that's just my opinion. We talked to a former straight inc staffer in OHIO on the sidewalk there at PFC/KHK (2008 protest) who proudly proclaimed his straight inc tenure and subsequent management position at TC up there in Dayton. Dayton was part of that city triangle logo... a KHK/STRAIGHT-MIDWEST deal.

Hey Froddy, since WDTONY hasn't replied yet, here's the most recent rendition of straight in the USA, even though it cannot be tied through corporate documents to straight inc. The two ladies featured on this page: http://www.branchescounseling.org/about.html   used to be the executive officers and directors of PFC in Indy and Michigan. Vicky Winebarger had a daughter who was on Senior Staff there at the Michigan Straight.

aarc is in CANADA, not the US and it is not straight inc. Neither is teen challenge.

the lady pictured on the right, on page 2 there at the bottom, she looks EXACTLY like that Martian woman creature that visited the White House with Martin Short in that movie "Mars Attacks!"  :roflmao:  :roflmao:  :roflmao:

No Dragonfly, I was never on staff. I knew a couple of them who still worked after I got out in Nov of 84 and they talked about how shitty the pay was but how they were helping and well, you know, they were hyperwashed. According to this agency: http://www.dbhds.virginia.gov/   the records from straight inc in Va were destroyed 10 years after 1991. I tried getting them in 2004 to no avail. It took about 8 months for them to search high and low but they came back empty handed. You can give em a call and who knows, maybe they're stuck in a corner somewhere.

Now, there is a letter in former VA Governor Robb's files there in Richmond VA written by me when I was on a higher phase, sometime in 1984. He actually wrote a letter back to me but it is nowhere to be found in my records. I don't even remember what I wrote, but it would be cool to see his response and also what I wrote to him. I think the tone of it was to apologize for my law-breaking activities in VA, kinda like looking for some clemency even though I was never really arrested or whatever, it's what that damn program was doing to my head, you know... confess! According to the library folks down there in Richmond, a copy of those should be in his file, but I do not have the time/funds to take a day and retrieve them. If you knew someone in Richmond who could do such a thing, maybe they could find em. I had asked a survivor about a year ago, but they never did it so I just stopped worryin about it till I get some time/$.

In 1983, in Springfield GULAG5515, my folks paid $4000 for 13 months worth of brainwashing, and then aftercare was free I suppose. That works out to about $333 per month. For 150 clients, that works out to about $49,950 per month or nearly $600,000 per year just for treatment fees.  However, there was a "Honey Pot" passed around at every open meeting so that's 8 or more per month depending on which month it was as some months have 5 weeks. You'd have to look at the old staff lists to find out who was the treasurer and call em up. Then, fundraising, grants and plenty of volunteer services, even the doctors like schwartz were free... (according to Riddile). Riddile was gettin about $60,000 a year and the Jr. staff was no more than $5/hr, if that...

Well, that look people give me when I talk about it to them is probably like the one you get. Lots of folks from the straightinc program are on Facebook and Yahoo Groups, if you ever want to talk about it and have people actually understand 100%. Sometimes just remembering things about the place we were in brings up overwhelming anxiety. Be careful out there...  :peace:
