That sounds like such fun!!!  The only person I can remember who went to CA. was my first knit-picky prick oldcomer. His name was Leonard Hey. I think thats how it is spelled. Dude used to report himself 6 times a day for having bad thoughts. And they put some unstable fucker like this in charge of children's lives!.....2-Dogs

The rules you had are the same rules we had in Plymouth MI. As a matter of fact some of (if not all) the staffers who started the CA. Straight were from MI. Remember any of the staff that went to TX? It was , by the way , a "Straight" when it opened. I'm not sure what it closed as.
I fled MI. after I graduated so wouldn't get sat in group. I drove as far as I could until I hit the Pacific and damn if they didn't open a Straight right next door to where I used to get my crack. Whew!!!  2-Dogs

Will's last name was Bolger.
I moved to L.A. while I was still in after care. I drank a few beers and got so scared that I would be sat in group that I drove as far as I could go. Thats why I wasn't sure about Farmington . I grew up in Plymouth  MI. but when I left it was 88'.  Later .....JOEY

Lady, I do remember the name. But not the face. I know I know her though. I first went to this one dickhead's house out in Jackson. He use to pick me apart about every ten minutes or so about nothing. He had one of those "Super consciences". I'm sorry to say some of it rubbed off on me for a while. But at some point they moved me to Farmington hills? (is that a place?) With a dude named Will B. He was so cool I couldn't believe the difference it made. He may still have been on staff when you were in. It's nice to look back at that whole waste of childhood and still be able to crack a little smile when you remember someone who was good to you...JOEY

Hey bro I graduated in Dec. 87' but the place still looked the same I bet.  There is a few people that you probably knew from that same time on another site.  Straight Inc. alumni . Yahoo groups. Not sure of the exact address but it's worth looking for  to find old "war" buddies.  The site has people from all the straight's. Mostly kooks , but maybe you will find an old friend.  Good luck....JOEY
