Our laws against sexual harassment are rahter relaxed compared to yours over in the States.

She makes a fool of him, which is a good lesson for him. None were fired or charged but he learned his place.

Julian Youth Academy is starting a program for boys.

What is odd is that it is located in California where they should have laws protecting youths from such isolation.

How is this program able to fly under the radar?

It is even debated in LA TImes

The first program, we have found was Mount Bachelor Academy. The shared marketingssites with the CEDU-schools and was founded around 1987. The early staff was most former CEDU-employees, but less cult like and more focused on making $. They worked a lot more with ED-cons and I have found court cases where the ed-con is suggested to be employed by MtBA by the school district.

When they found that they had a greater demand for wilderness places where they could put troublesome detainees, they created Aspen Achievement Academy a couple of years later.

But unlike some of the other schools, they soon realized that they could earn more money by having a lot of different programs rather than running all programs in the same way as WWASP and CEDU.

So they abandoned their original strategy at Swift River and kicked Rudy out. Still not a good program, but away with psyco-drama (LGAT) and some of the wilderness intro, which are costly if you look at the man-power needed. The rest of the programs they purchased until they had it all. Maybe Aspen Ranch is one they founded themselves. I have not been able to research how it was found and by who.

I think that they discovered that some of the programs they purchased were run by amateurs and they tried to kick the most abusive staff out, but some programs they could not save because the entire program was infected by abuse the whole way like like Excel Academy.

If a program should enter Denmark at some point, I would fear Aspen and UHSINC way more than WWASP, because they are money people, can stand to loose teens and get away with it (There have been several deaths in their programs) and know how to use the media without looking as slave owners.

If the cancer treats Kay well, your son will attending another funeral of his old "friend" in due time. I dont know with Mrs. Gordon. Maybe she will try to work wth the Heart Academy, when they take over the Hotel once all the funiture has been sold.

I agree that that parents can learn something from the seminars, but they should keep focus on the progress on their kid and order some real therapy just to cure whatever sideeffect the program has. Otherwise the progress they make overshadows the destiny of their child as WWASP themselves write in their marketing material.

But of course not by this board. Employees working for the ISP's working for the good site at those ISP's a specific board uses can do the job. All of the larger routers can be configured to log a specific client.

In order to make something out of the log file, it demands that you create a user-account or just use a guest-account. Then you post one single post. You know your own IP-address and you can read the timestamp from the log for the traffic between the board's IP-address and your computer. Once you learn the pattern a post create on a board, you can trace IP-numbers of various posters. The pattern is rather important because viewers create traffic also, but they do it in another way.

The BM-industry could of course pay an employee at Fornits ISP for doing the same job and thats why all volunteers post through the same terminal server in Denmark. You can only trace one, maybe two IP-numbers from our posters. Another trick is to access the board through one of the Ano-surf websites, but can you be sure that they don't keep your passwords etc for marketing purposes?

Unfortunately not a special case. Cross Creek like other facilities are a good weapon to use in a nasty custody battle. I guess that most of the detainees are victim of such battles in some degreee.

No, they are not program parents. As one our other volunteers have learned from a source close to them, they regret that they believed the information material. That is was a rehab, who could take care of a girl who had been in close encounters with death previous.

They are too broken to be a part of our effort to shout at the authorities until they start a new investigation and charge the staff with obstruction of justice.

Remember that there was no wiki, no fornits, no guardian article etc. back then where they could have received independent information about what is going on inside programs. They were taken like we are saying it in Denmark being taken by the program - got their pants drawn down and ***** at that part of your body which are highest when you pick strawberries. (Sorry I cannot translate it better).

They were victim of a scam, but I don't know if they even want to know of how big a scam, they were victim off.

But it is hear-say. Would it not be easier to inform the authorities in Jamaica of the identity of the female staff member LW (a girl) took the paper to and who gave the paper to Kay? We know that Kay personally destroyed it, but it was going through two hands: LW and a female staff member.
