went for a 1 hour walk and a 30 minute jog. Just felt the need to get out a bit this morning, work has been frustrating of late.

Hand pulled rickshaws are illegal in China, I believe they have been since the cultural revolution. I still see them around for small cargo transport and construction work, but not people moving.
Bicycycle rickshaws are another story. I took one of these home from a bar a few nights ago after I had a few to many shots of whiskey with my boss. I probably could have walked, but I had that cozy relaxed feeling going and I wanted to take it easy.

1 hr bike ride, felt fucking fantastic.

Pitched 9 innings coed-softball....mainly bar and restaurant employees in their 20s and 30s.......we won, 6-3. I hit a single and eventually scored. Damn I kick ass. I am, however, sore as all Hell today, and must begin medicating with Jack Daniel's and (more) Cannabis.........

I just..... got home from work. (animal shelter.)
and now, Im going to smoke some weed and take a bath, because my body is killing me.
Although it is nice to get your exercise in and get paid for it, too.

Been too damn moody lately to want to workout, not sure why. Must be alot of the bollocks at work getting me down. Need to spend this coming weekend getting some time in on my bike and doing some hiking. Get myself more grounded and focused.

I went for a walk during my lunch break, and used a website food tracker.
I've lost 56 lbs so far!

Damn that's nice...
I gained back all the weight I lost last year. Going to join a gym today, get back at it. Got way too much time on my hands so working out will be easy.

I've gone +/- a few lbs since my last post. 64 lbs lost so far.
I bought a bike recently, and took it out for its first real ride yesterday. 3 miles!
So, it went great! I could barely move this morning, but my the afternoon I was limber enough to walk two miles.

Since it has been over 100 for about 50 days now, I am not working out in the out of doors. Does packing and lifting my boxes for moving count?
