"I don’t have a crystal ball,” Dina said. “I pray hard. She wants to start her own (rehab) facilities, help other children. She’s so public that I think we can only be positive and look to the future to help other families."

She has been in more facilities than most and they have not worked, so opposite a lot of the people in business she doesn't have to waste the lives of children while she is experimenting her way forward to a program that works.

Don't you just love it when people think that just having been through treatment gives them all the knowledge/experience/authority they need to treat others?  ::) a sure-fire recipe for failure, or in the worse cases, damage.
