The thing to do is to move on, get on with your life, and ignore those people, not continue to post about them and call them names. I don't take any joy in your suffering, but the time when I felt any sympathy or pity for you has long since passed, I am truly indifferent to your suffering, since you don't seem to want to do anything to help yourself, only to slander the people you erroneously perceive as having betrayed you. Look, people can only take so much of your paranoid accusations that they are "playing some kind of game" with you, it's not the case, it's a product of your imagination, and it was annoying as hell to have you phone me to ask me about it. Couple of people got their feelings hurt for some reason (they never say exactly why, just generic accusations) so they spam the board with endless posts about that person and others being child abusers and molesters. Accuse people of traveling thousands of miles to sit outside their house and spy on them (what they think there is to spy on I have no idea), accuse people of collecting info and working for Sembler and on and on. They brag about how they've never worked a day in their lives and how they sit around collecting SSDI for the PTSD they suffered from being in Straight and LIFE. They call anyone who made it off of first phase a scumbag. General paranoia that is somewhat understandable but in this case has gotten way out of hand. Numerous people have tried to befriend them, reassure them, lobby to the supposed 'stalkers' on their behalf all to no avail. They think we're all out to get them. That we're all part of some vast conspiracy to.............well I don't really know what. They've never said what they think we're trying to accomplish with all our dastardly deeds. I guess you'll have to ask them. It's all pretty silly if you ask most of us. Sometimes it's fun to play on it, sometimes it's just annoying and occasionally it gets to the point where it actually scares some people. What it boils down to IMO is that these few people got their feelings hurt by others here and can't deal with it. They tried to turn others agains those people but it never did work and now they just try and shit on anything that any of those people try and do. It never works but they keep trying.

Couple of people got their feelings hurt for some reason (they never say exactly why, just generic accusations) so they spam the board with endless posts about that person and others being child abusers and molesters. Accuse people of traveling thousands of miles to sit outside their house and spy on them (what they think there is to spy on I have no idea), accuse people of collecting info and working for Sembler and on and on. They brag about how they've never worked a day in their lives and how they sit around collecting SSDI for the PTSD they suffered from being in Straight and LIFE. They call anyone who made it off of first phase a scumbag. General paranoia that is somewhat understandable but in this case has gotten way out of hand. Numerous people have tried to befriend them, reassure them, lobby to the supposed 'stalkers' on their behalf all to no avail. They think we're all out to get them. That we're all part of some vast conspiracy to.............well I don't really know what. They've never said what they think we're trying to accomplish with all our dastardly deeds. I guess you'll have to ask them. It's all pretty silly if you ask most of us. Sometimes it's fun to play on it, sometimes it's just annoying and occasionally it gets to the point where it actually scares some people. What it boils down to IMO is that these few people got their feelings hurt by others here and can't deal with it. They tried to turn others agains those people but it never did work and now they just try and shit on anything that any of those people try and do. It never works but they keep trying.

I know what you mean, but still, I kinda miss it. These people remind me of having to hike through a red clay valley in Alabama after it had recieved a hard rain for two solid days. The clay would stick to the waffle of our hiking boots and pretty soon would build up to the point that we looked like mud streaked roadies for KISS wearing platform boots. No matter how much we would try to scrape or knock the mud off with sticks, there was always more to take it's place. Eventually we just gave up exhausted. Fuck it, sooner or later it would just fall off like giant orange horse turds.
No harm, no foul, just an unpleasant memory. I try to stay away from clay mud now, but something inside me will always lead me to help the fellow crazy.
The important thing to remember is that Straight or whatever facility did not "make" these people crazy anymore than a trip to Kennedy Space Center in Florida will fuckin "make" you a rocket scientist all of the sudden. All it was for the parents was the fatal mistake of trying to put out the fire with GASOLINE.

In general though, a "trip" to $tr8 will stunt your growth and confuse you in enough critical ways to make you literally sick, scarred and socially crippled.
85DJ, I think your generally right about what makes people crazy. Subtle genetic potential, sometimes manifested early in life, but often triggered in adults by some traumatic experience.
So your not crazy if you have PTSD, just sick.

You claim these people did all these things to you but you`re not being specific about anything. Get specific. With your negative comments about Mike Sherman and Lisa Phillips it looks like you`re doing your own share of grinding survivors into the dirt. I don`t know who Mike Sherman is so I can`t comment about him. I have known Lisa Phillips for years and she is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She is not at all like the type of person you claim she is. Lisa Phillips is a good person. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She is a very giving and caring person. I doubt she did anything to you at all. Please leave Lisa alone. If you have anything to say about Lisa you should have the guts to say it to her face or get in touch with her by e-mail. Oh christ Beth. According to you EVERYONE IN THE FREE WORLD betrayed you. Are you responsible for nothing that has happened in your life? Is it really that everyone is just mean and out to get you? I know both of the people you're referring to and what you have said about them could not be further from the truth, but we've come to expect that from you. They are some of the nicest, warmest, most genuine and most self sacrificing people I've met. So many people have reached out to you, tried to help, gave you a shoulder to cry on or a place to stay and you went nutzo on every single one of them. You've cried wolf too many times. You've worn out your welcome. You've overstepped the bounds of common decency. You've been treated the way you treat other people.

I got the strangest fucking phone call from area code 513. I'm pretty sure it was Beth. She asked my name and if it was me speaking, stammered a bit, and then burted into this sales pitch for some kind of damn Resort Vacation Givaway or some shit. She could'nt have been doing this from home, because I heard classic phone room chatter in the background.
At least she has a job now and gets out of the house and is in a controlled environment where her other 4 or 5 personalities can come out and play and even get paid for it. I mean shit, her supervisor is getting 5 callers for the price of one. What a deal!!
The worst that could happen is that some poor old psychotic person living on a pension gets a rip-off "Dream Vacation" and comes to town looking for Beth Blood, but even it they do, they are probably no match for her dementia and expert denial tactics, and she's so skinny and anemic from being a salad head, that even if some nut-job actually shot her, nothing would come out but air,....... and maybe a little Wheat Germ Oil.

We make our jokes out of the frustration of once again having to care for someone who cares not for themselves. Beth thinks she burned all the bridges that lead to me. Well she set em all on fuckin fire, if that's what you mean, but my bridges are steel and don't burn so easily, so is my heart.
There will always be a space in my parking lot for a jaded, faded, flower girl to re-arrange my cabinets and fill them with Granola Head Food, hell even the bird liked her, and that's saying a lot.
You simply cannot force sanity on a person anymore than you can force religion. All I can do is pray for her and anyone else is welcome to join in. I think Schizoprenia is the most horrific form of mental illness there is. I know. I was almost there myself, but I was able to claw my way back before it took hold. All it really took was 2 and a half days of uninterrupted sleep, the really good kind, like you get when it's pouring rain outside, you don't have to go to work, and you unplug the phone and just drift away as far as you can get.
