I didn't read anywhere on RCS website that they said they don't take court ordered kids.

Call the RCS and ask if they accept adjudicated children.
RCS Phone Numbers:

That's not the question here, Guest3. The question is where does RCS say on their website that they don't take court ordered kids. They haven't lied or misled.

RCS claims not to take court ordered or violent children in their handbook. See attached.[attachment=0:33g6cdmz]RCS HANDBOOK NO COURT ORDERED VIOLENT CHILDREN.pdf[/attachment:33g6cdmz]

This is probably just outdated and has been corrected in the latest revision. I didn't see a date on it so it could be from years ago. Sometimes literature and websites take some time to catch up to the program.

Nope, sorry. These are pages from the handbook RCS recently provided to the ORCC.
Oh, and RCS has themselves in quite a predicament here because even if this handbook was from a couple/few years ago, RCS still made the claim they didn't accept court ordered or violent children. As the above attachments show RCS clearly had contracts in place with the DJJ. I don't think a court would see this as an oversight, but rather as deceptive marketing practices. Parents who had their children enrolled at RCS were told there were no violent or court ordered children there, but this was a flat out lie.
-
So then you admit that RCS's website never stated that RCS doesn't take court ordered kids. Let's move on.

I'm not the one who made a statement about their website; that was you. It's amazing how YOU managed to forget that little tidbit. So by your logic, you admit their website may have stated they didn't take court ordered kids?

Parents - something to consider if contemplating legal action against RCS:

No, I never read that.
