There is something we can all do to get these places cleaned up.  Write to congress at this link http://endinstitutionalabuse.wikispaces ... /list/home (http://endinstitutionalabuse.wikispaces.com/message/list/home) tell them your story.  If enough survivors are heard they will have to do something.
