It was great to get to see you in person finally Woof. Same goes for Starry Eyed Pirate and Dragonfly.
Sorry I didn't get a chance to say goodbye but the recreations filmed on Friday took more out of me than i thought at the time. I couldn't see myself watching another full day of it on saturday. The scene where they dragged the girl into the intake room for a confrontation was very realistic and it got lodged in my brain. It took a couple of days to shake it off. Hope you are doing well Woof, it was great but very emotionaly exhausting at the same time. when you get a chance shoot me an email with some of the pics you took. My wife would like to see what a real movie set looks like and i have a hard time explaining it all to her. Thanks.

Let It Bleed / Gregg Allman tribute thread
« on: February 07, 2011, 04:23:17 PM »
This man is almost a god-like figure to me. Awhile back I bought the  Live at the Beacon Theater DVD. Gregg's voice was pretty much flawless throughout. The guitar work by Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks is awesome of course but Gregg steals the show with his heartfelt performance.
OK lets get the 800 pound gorilla out of the room right from the start. What the hell was he thinking when he married Cher?

Van Morrison: Glad Tidings

Two great songs by some of the best musicians on the planet (TBMOTP).

Couldn't agree more! Van Morrison has to be one of the greatest musicians to have ever lived. I've been listening to "And It Stoned Me" and "Caravan" this morning. I absolutely love the live version of Caravan on The Last Waltz album. The DVD is over the top incredible as well.

The thing that's gotta burn Whooter John the most is that in all the years he was wasting everyone's time here, he never one a single argument. He never won anyone over or convinced anyone of anything he was saying. He never even came close to proving a single one of his lies.

He just never could.

I'm gonna smoke a blunt today to celebrate the exit of Whoot. My way of saying goodbye. This feels even better than the day that maximillian/suckit signed off. She was a ghastly shrew that lied about every single thing in her life. I truly hated that witch. It felt very good to assist in her downfall here on Fornits. I only wish I could claim any credit for Whooters fall but that really all belongs to DJ and of course Whooter himself.
RB is right too. I never saw Whoot win an argument here or convince anybody of anything. He always had to have the last word and I guess that was a form of "winning" for him.
We do need a reasonable honest person to rep the TTI here on Fornits. It would be a catalyst for interesting discussions. Whooter was neither reasonable or honest. Good riddance loser.

I will accept that as an apology.

How did I miss this one??

I don't give a shit WHAT you think you "accept" that as.  It was in no way, shape or form an apology, you dickless wonder.  You had the unmitigated gall to insinuate that my rape was simply me "having unprotected sex".  How typical of the mindset of the program people.

Look Anne you can still blame the whole world if you like but the bottom line is that you were not going to school, you were hanging around with a bad group, having unprotected sex (nothing to do with your rape) etc.  The fact that you and your dad are still distant proves that you have not accepted accountability for anything you did.  You went from an angry kid to a foul mouthed angry adult. lol

This has to be one of Whooters most revealing posts about himself. It shows him to be a heartless and deeply disturbed sadist. I am glad he posted this cause I didn't realize how fucked up he really is until now. I had considered him to be an asshole with a jod to do, ie defend the TTI. With this post he ripped away his mask of normality and showed just what a sick freak he really is. He just had to try and get in one last dig at Anne before he slithered away. A narcisstic control freak for sure. I hope this low life stays gone.
A little advice as I leave, Anne(after you calm down a bit):
If you want a relationship with your dad you are going to have to do some work and try to come to terms with what you put him through.   Try not to view the whole world through your own tainted glasses.  There are many valid points of view besides your own.  Stay safe.

Whooter literally dedicated every moment of every day into destroying this resource and he was successful for six years.  It had to be stopped sometime.

I took it upon myself to make that happen and when I put my mind to it, it was over very quickly. Whooter was outsmarted, outmaneuvered and, due to his mental illness, outmatched psychologically and intellectually.  If you take off the two months of "deliberations" on the case, Whooter was rolled up in a matter of 4 weeks.  It was well worth the effort to get some peace and quiet around here.

And a fine piece of work it was my friend  :notworthy:  Congratulations and enjoy this day. If you can, give us some more details. I didn't realize Whoot had a contract with you concerning his behavior. I am assuming he had pledged to stop PMing you or somethin but then his OCD drove him to do it anyway?

I found him useful as an example of how shitty program pushers really are. How devious and underhanded they like to roll. In that way he has served a purpose i guess. However, I had to cast my vote for choice B cause he didn't add anything truly meaningful to the discussion. After all, he was being paid by the TTI to push their product so how meaningful could he really get?

Ah yes, Dr. Mac.  He should also go down and be put in jail for his role in the straight thing.

Right on! I didn't know this particular quack but I would like to see all of them hauled into the dock to answer for their behavior. I will die a happy man if i just get to see somebody like Miller Newton standing before a judge with his jail uniform and chains on his hands and feet. A truly beautiful dream. I don't want to wake up.

I think his handlers slapped his wrist when he slipped up and admitted programs use quackery. Let's face it, he only gets paid for "positive program posts" so that's all he posts.

It would seem to appear that DJ has the smoking gun on Whoot with this thread. Please tell us Whooter, exactly which programs you advise parents to stay away from. I have to know.

Actually when we looked at the site Whooter is referencing it was shown he was responsible for a lot of the content that he's trying to blame PODK for.  His handle appeared in several places on the page.

So Whoot attacks this poor girl and then blames it on Pile? I am asking cause I don't know and just want to get the facts straight. If this were true I would guess that Whoot is behind most of the porno trolling that goes on here as well. Again, just wondering and trying to figure out what exactly is going on here.

For the people that went through Atlanta straight, this forum is a joke. I would like to talk with real people that went through the horror, not a goddamn advertisement.

I did 18 months in Atlanta Straight and I have found this forum very useful. Please explain what you would like to see here so that it wont be a "joke" to you anymore. Really, exactly what is your complaint?
