I usually do private emails with folks when I am not happy with them. I your case I am slammed for keeping are heated conversation private.

I also knew Yvette Portella, and she was 15 or 16 when she was in Elan, but I don't think Danny touched her

I was convinced when he posted a nasty message when I pretended to be her and then deleted it. He wasn't sure, which means he lied about her

If he did touch her it was rape

Yeah, I have to admit Wayne was either spazzing on traumatic stress when confronting Danny and hadn't been doing things he should have been doing, like flooding the forum.  I PMed him about it, telling that that tactic NEVER works.

On the other hand, Danny is not helping himself - making himself look creepier and sleazier as he was being egged.  Sometimes it is just easier/better off to have others think you are a fool (sleazebag) than to confirm it.  Isn't that what the Fifth Amendment is about in the US?
Danny did what a classic predator would have done. He flooded this board attacking Wayne's sexuality. He even made jokes about raping kids in his care. He then posted that Wayne was having sexual fantasies about him. Basically saying that Wayne was asking for it.
