I went to RMA from 90 to 93. Was just looking around, haven't been around for a while and found this. This is ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING. I shared it with the FB RMA group that I help moderate and my GOD. I can't believe that 25 years later this shit is still going on. Most of the general public have NO IDEA that these behavior modification "schools" even exist. A book was just published called Dead, Insane or in Jail, author Zack Bonnie, and it chronicles his peer group's Truth propheet and survival after he split. There will be 3 in total. So raw. Took me three weeks to read it, I kept having to walk away. All the memories came flooding back.

Hey there ...  it's been years since I posted either but I saw your post by chance, and I've heard a little bit about this but not everything. Would you mind explaining to me???

Quixote Lodge. LOL. Yep still sounds about the same, except that they're making you go to class more. Where the hell is Quixote Lodge though, is that the main building where administration is, and the classrooms, by the lower parking lot? You guys have to clean that place daily? If it's the building I'm thinking of it used to be called Emerson, and we had to clean it on Saturdays. You should tell your parents to check this forum out.

Well, cancel that, if I posted every single class and description they say is available, I'd take up at least five pages here and would surely receive some serious hate I'll just post the link to all the "academia" they offer. ... ings.shtml

Enjoy! Feel free to chime in once you've stopped laughing.

...kay short's technical writing development expertise combined with doug marshall's "professional" photography expertise for a photojournalism experience??? I'd rather take ballet lessons from barry bonds.

That's some funny shit.  Well put d7. I went to BCA's website recently and could not believe the academic courses they say are available to their students. In fact, I may go copy and paste it here for everyone's enjoyment.

I'm off campus right now, on a visit. My parents don't really care if I am on the internet.

And BCA does NOT have unlimited web access on their computers. Recently, since the new Tech Guy Adam came in, it got even more strict.

Hey, so there are a bunch of us here who went to RMA in the 90's (BCA now, same campus, different owners). I'm sure we're all super curious as to daily life there now. I know I am...I was on their website recently and saw all the educational courses they offer...when I was there I received science credits for working at the farm and digging out the pond down there. And didn't attend one class until I'd been there for well over a year. Plus I'm sure our raps and your raps, and our propheets and your propheets are completely different animals at this you guys still have wilderness trips? I'd LOVE to hear anything you can tell us about life there. How long have you been there? Is it still a 2 and 1/2 year program? Is everything still super touchy feely and emotional, or have they moved away from that aspect at all? How did you find out about fornits?

Kazuhite, I don't know you very well, so I have to ask for more info. What's your connection to BCA and why do you want to know about my niece? Or PM me.

Auntie Em

I would PM, bu I can't seem to get it to work. :/

I really want to know for no other reason then curiosity. I'm a current student at that hellhole, and Anyone who hates that place is a friend of mine.

I don't know about anyone else, but this seems extremely suspect to me. Unless they are on a home visit. I seriously doubt that BCA has unlimited web access on their computers. Em, I'd leave this alone. I'll write you later k?

more info please, years and such. and yeah, she was a product of the CEDU environment but she also made a conscious coward's choice to be at rma.  as far as i know and i've heard she served no greater good. made a choice to make kid's lives as miserable as posible, just like hers. fuck, take your aggression out elsewhere please, go join a kickboxing class or something, go take your anger out somewhere else. she was such a HUGE bitch, to those that didn't make it into her family, and those she let into her family drug ran and fucked her. whatever. she gets no sympathy from me. i could go back and be a counselor and i would be your best friend, not your worst enemy. i don't know why intimidation was what she thought her best weapon was. christ, what a lunatic.

ummmmmm..........HELLO??? is anyone paying attention? pickle mire, you're coming. i need to know who else.

I know for an absolute fact that a guy who was there when I was there got pulled, and a year or so later raped and killed a girl in the bay area and is doing life.

CEDU (and derivatives) / Who's showing their ass up to raise hell in March?
