The "won/lost"......who won or lost?

Did Sue Scheff sue WWASPS?

http://dchfans.org/ (http://dchfans.org/) shows a nice collection of demand letters from various WWASP programs.

The letters are entertaining. But what about the letter you had posted a long time ago from Sue Scheff's lawyer? Can you at least tell us if you were forced to remove it or exactly what happened? Someone said your lawyer won against Sue Scheff. Can you post the terms of your win with Sue Scheff?
The "brags" by WWASP about "winning" were made in Jan 2004, before they had their hides tanned real good in the summer of 2004 by Thomas Houlahan, Paula Reeves, and that Scheff and Berryman.
Also can you explain to posters why we are now required to type in the confirmation code? Some think you are becoming KGB.

Although Ginger might still answer you, this is not a topic about She Who Shall Not Be Named.
The reason for the CAPTCHA is to stop spambots from flooding the forum. This does not work, however, against determined humans.

I have to tell ya - I hate this "type in the code" thing. I have trouble with it. I tried three times the other day to post a comment and it kept telling me I had the dam code wrong. I gave up. I may give up this time too - but thought I'd try just so you'd no it makes posting to much like work - and frustrating work at that.

Yes but it's better than having the spam all over the place. It's a code to type in. How difficult can it be?
