(and just for the record, i think the cia did 911, and i think al queda works for the cia, bush sr. was head of the cia, hussein was trained by the cia, and the real reason, for those who don't know, that hussein was so hated by the us was because he socialized their oil industry and wasn't being the us puppet anymore, thats why we started bombing him the first time in dessert storm.  but no one talks about that either.)

Somebody has a serious problem here. A little paranoid are we? Bush is too stupid to pull that shit off and the media would have found out and turned it into a pulitzer prize story, they never shut up and would put a broadcast up telling our enemies we are on the way over to bomb them if they could. Go read/watch some documentaries on the way Muslims beat their wives and mutilate their daughters. If that's how they treat family, why wouldn't they want to kill us? Muslims are to blame for todays problems, END of DISCUSSION. Stop blaming the U.S. Be proud to be American and proud of the good we have done in the world. How much good do the Muslim countries ever do, answer: none.

I was there for like 7 months. I don't remember many names except my immediate friends and staff. Sorry.

CEDU / Brown Schools and derivatives / clones / Did you break?
« on: August 06, 2007, 05:44:45 PM »
I resisted for 6 months. I then began to give in and revealed something nobody knew about me to my counselors. On my next parent visit, I had to tell my father. I did this at a campfire next to a teepee, just me and him. After I disclosed my "dirt" I tried to explain some of the ideology going on there, like giving me a spirit animal or something. It was like American Indian belief or something where a deer represented me. My dad then decided I was being brain fucked into cultish thinking and took me out of RMA in my 7th month thank god.

wow, that trailer really hit home. I would watch it alone first so you know what to expect. It may bring you to an emotional level that your boyfriend won't understand and make him feel uncomfortable.

I believe the topic should be renamed to "We did not use this opportunity."

Hey Guest,
You ever think that the reason you started doing all those drugs after going to Cedu was because you went to Cedu. I mean, if you are only 21 you really haven't lived as much as you think you have. There are people who have been much lower than you were that decided to change their life without ever hearing the name Cedu. I believe you had been locked up long enough at Cedu that you just wanted to explode and make up for all the experimenting you missed while there. I felt that way when I left RMA and had my run ins with the law and various drugs. As I got older I got wiser and learned from my own mistakes and decided to change my ways. I in no way give RMA the credit for me learning things the hard way as you seem to have learned. It took me until about 26 to really have my morals grounded. I still smoke weed and drink but that does not take away at all from my relationships or my ability to work. I ain't no doctor or nothing even though I call myself Dr Long Jon but I do have a good job for a guy who got a GED and 2 felonies with various misdemeanors. I am a different person today than I was a few years back and continue to learn and grow every day. Cedu in my opinion teaches you to appreciate what you have and remember what it would be like to lose it all again.

Oh, I forgot to log in before posting that last message. My name is Paul, I was at RMA and tried to escape twice, then went to Ascent for 6 weeks that turned into 8 because of the incident written above.
After Ascent, I went back to RMA and got out a couple months later. My parents said it was because they were brainwashing me with Native Indian beliefs or something but I think they just couldn't afford to keep me there any longer. Who knows, my parents were and are Christians and wouldn't want me believing in some other higher power than Jesus. I guess they got their wish in a way but I don't believe in anything, just life. I spent a total of like 7 to 8 months between RMA and Ascent and that small amount of time still affects me a bit. I come to these forums because I never knew anyone who could understand what went on and I always wanted to talk to somebody about it. Oh well, I found this site in the fall of 2006 so it has been some time since I have talked about it.

I guess it depended on  when you were there and who was in charge. I was there in the summer of 1993.

potty please was used at Ascent while I was there but you didn't have to ask in those words. They sometimes gave you a hard time but not always. Those out houses were so disgusting it was punishment enough just to have to use them.

I was sent there for 6 weeks for running away from RMA. I also escaped from Ascent for a few days so they added 2 more weeks to my stay. I got my ass whooped there by a guy named Shawn, the only hispanic in Idaho.

well when I went to Ascent, the physical abuse from staff was as bad as the emotional abuse from RMA.

whoops, triple post due to the website lagging.

Yeah but i can't remember names so much. All I really remember from the staff was a guy named Glen Sutton and another named Fred (something). they were really the only ones I had much contact with. They also seemed like the most normal of the staff members. I actually believed they really cared about me. I understand tough love, but how exactly does telling people about boning an animal help anyone with anything? Go work at the donkey show if you want to do that shit. And these were our "counselors."
