So what I'm looking for is some sort of determination as to how much more we are going to have to endure?

He doesn't need to give me a chance. It's not about me being a "nice guy". If he wants questions answered, he needs to ask them and do so in a civil manner. I've put that out there for him on this thread and encouraged him to speak to me in private, providing he's civil.

And for our troubles he's responded with more flaming and personal attacks and paranoia and over-dramatic childish antics.

My request, can you please move this thread to offa? I don't really want to be the center of attention. It's uncomfortable and a bit insulting that I'm in the middle of a thread being compared to nazis. Further, I'd like you to adjust my user settings so that offa doesn't even show up for me. I feel no need to engage in these trollish flame bait-esque conversations.

Funny, he has a problem with you being an ex staff member, yet is friends with Danny Bennison who has accepted no responsibility for his actions as staff and still abuses Elan survivors online

I can't prove he didn't, but after all I've seen, I stand by that statement 100%

This in no way resolves anything other than that Art, but I've come to the conclusion that the allegation is unfounded at best, and an evil attack at worst

If I find out I'm wrong, I'll recant this statement, but I'm not going to perpetuate something that is IMO a lie, just to hurt you for other things we disagree (fight) about

In fairness, I only said you were accused and always maintained that the post was not found. I believe that is because it never happened

Here's something you'll find funny none-ya, I let him do it to stop the abuse. I was tired of it and couldn't take it any more. I could have fought him and took the ring and the paddle and the GM's attached to whatever shit they would have done to me for hitting a staff member, but I just gave up

Ya want a real belly laugh? He was taken out of the house maybe a week after. I hated myself for 30 years for that.

But you see none-ya, when I said what happened., starting in AA in the early 90s, that hate went away, it came back when I took it out of the book, but went away again when I said it here on Fornits. This was a media trial. Mike was convicted by public opinion and the media pushed the confession. Frank Garr wanted me to testify and sent me to see John Benedict because I told him that everyone heard Mike confess to the crime. When I saw Mickey Sherman, I told him the reason why, which is that he was beaten and he said it every time he entered or left a room. It was on his sign. Mickey Sherman said that Mike never admitted it, which was false. He said it many times. Anyway, neither side wanted to hear the truth.

Because Elan routinely beat and coerced false confessions from us, nothing from an ex resident or staff should have been admissable. The fact they were messing with thought reform and indoctrination as therapy should render any information garnered from Mike's stay at Elan null and void

But hey, Danny has a gut feeling. Everyone can go home. Nothing to see here.

Actually, I think Danny's feeling is the greatest piece of evidence that Mike is innocent. That moron couldn't pick the winner of a one horse race

As far as the trial, here's an interesting fact. Why didn't Tommy testify in the first trial? If he was falsely accused for 20+ years, it would have shown how inept the investigators are and how they ruined an innocent man's life, but he didn't because he did it

If they had done that to me, I would have jumped at the chance to say it in court, but only if I didn't do it. I'd also like to know why they sent the guilty brother to a place that would beat a confession out of him. They knew what Elan was doing. The Kennedy's were neck deep in the Huuman Potential Movement and thought reform.

I'd also like to hear from Charlie Avanango. He was flown into Maine in the middle of the night and Joe Ricci picked him up in the middle of the night, which he never did. That was on Halloween, the day after Martha was killed. His mother said i n front of a witness that he should never talk about that girl

Slim, I know, but there are a few people who say he was the one who killed her

They dressed us up in costumes and forced us to shovel snow from one pile to another and back again in sub-zero temps.  Here's the clincher... Some of the very staff that beat us kids are still employed by the Elan School. One of them appears in some of their videos.
 These people should at the very least be closed down. Though none of us can bring legal action against them,their guilt is abundant. I would guess there would have to be well over 2500 witnesses to this brainwashing and physical abuse.
 I pray that one of you does your homework and learns what really happened to the kids left to the Elan School's charge. Perhaps you would see these people for the criminals they really are.
