No, I cannot and do not believe he (John Fountain) can do that. I do not think he has the capacity. He is a product of a convicted felon that has a long term history of child and employee abuse.

john was just a boy when i was there and probably a little better than the rest, however he still carries on the torturous imprisonments that the rest of his family started. his favorite saying is sue me? sue me for what? ive been sued thirty times. well all i can say dude is dont feel like you are above the law. one day we will make one stick. so talk big now because your day is coming. i only hate that your sentence will never come close to the torture that your family has spread for so many years. rest up buddy and get ready because you will never silence us and we are coming. and yes herman fountain does still silently rule the place through his idiotic puppets

good work folks celebrate tonight and get ready to put your nose to the grindstone. there are thousands left to close. slowly but surely we CAN make a difference. we saved who knows how many kids from this one but who knows how many will cry their self to sleep in other programs tonight. once again good work. now lift your chins, square your shoulders and lets go get em.   charge!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think I was trashing CAICA-to be honest, I don't know all that much about them.  I had my experiences back in the 90's-and am still holding on to the hate for both WWASP and my parents, even though I have a pretty good life now.  All I'm saying is that I don't care to share in a lawsuit that will simply let them off the legal hook.  What I want is to see them facing criminal charges-multiple, hopefully-with a prosecutor who won't accept a rediculously light plea for all their crimes.  Given a choice, I'd rather be in a locked room for 15 minutes with the Pullens, LItchfield, Findlinson, etc.  But I know that isn't going to happen.  If CAICA is suing them-fine.  We all gotta do what we gotta do.  We all survived the gulags in our own ways-we all gotta pick up the pieces in our own ways-just support each other in their decisions, and quit trashing each other.  Unless of course, someone thinks their time at CCM, TB, SCL or any of the others was the greatest thing in their lives, and insists on suggesting it to other desperate or ineffective parents!  They're the ones I'd also like in my little locked room for a while!  Especially one upper level who went out of his way to be an SOB!

nice people abused me for 4 years. things that any normal parent would go to jail for they get away with. ca-ca is no better than the rest of these programs. heck they reccomend some. ok so you trash some and reccommend others my how noble. i suppose you are nice too. most child molesters are nice too

In hierachial model of a program, at the exclusion of youth's input, where treatmetn is not youth guided or family driven I think BM can be dangeruous- but not ALWAYS.

i am not a trained professional so i cant suggest any programs to you,however i can tell you bhm.programs are not the answer . i spent 4 yrs in one and am still dealing with the repercussions to this day as if i walked out the door yesterday. if you truly want to seek some help find a pro, otherwise send him to one of these programs and kiss your relationship with him goodbye. these people only want your money,and will probably help kill him through abuse. at the very least they will kill his personality. this may also just be his way of letting you know he needs more attention.
