Eckerd Youth Alternatives, Inc., a leader in therapeutic educational programs for youth-at-risk, is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our program in Brooksville, FL.
This position holds great responsibility including; supervisory, managerial, and administrative functions associated with the operations of waking-hour shifts in a residential program for adjudicated delinquents. Those employed in this position are expected to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and independent decision making in frequent association with staff and residents of the program.
High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred. Three years of directly related professional experience including at least two years as a residential group counselor and experience in planning and scheduling. We offer an excellent salary/benefits package including life/medical insurance and paid time off. Local candidates preferred.
