This one has a different slant:
Kevin August, the owner---is a 21 year old kid, and a survivor or a WWASP program.

GO FIGURE.
He would collect referral fees and lock kids away, like his parents did to him?
What makes sense about that?

Kevin August has this "school" on his referral list:

MAGNOLIA CHRISTIAN CENTER in Lucedale, Mississippi.

And one of the employees is a former worker at BETHEL....now a WWASP program....KNOWN to abuse children severely.

Way to go Kevin.
