What is wrong with hookers? The fact that it's the world's oldest profession should warrant some respect and it's a few steps above being a fucking ed con, or a pro felcher. How else is a Canadian girl supposed to get by unless she blows a few mounties? Canadian whores normally spend a great deal of time hooking before they realize they're supposed to get paid. Well, changing the chromosome at this stage isn't going to do anything, really. Oh, surprise! I'm a man now, yaaay! Nah, it won't do that.
I have a feeling that the sex slave surgery rings in Korea don't supply surgery for FTMs, only MTFs. And besides that, I'm not much of a rice queen.
On top of that, FTM surgery is really lousy, (phalloplasty, meditodioplasty) even some of the best stuff out there isn't something I would have. It's much easier to take something away than it is to add, which is why MTF surgery is so much more successful.
And I already got my tits cut off, so don't need any help there. I just need my hysto, and a magic genie lamp to give me a dick. (Besides the one I have in my sock drawer.)
