Ok, well, one of my posts on ST was deleted for lack of evidence, so if some one could russle up a news paper article, or some form of proof that escorts have indeed been accused of abuse or some form of wong doing to their charge. I would greatly appreshate it.

Why waste your time?  

If (big IF) you're allowed to post it (and I would suggest going to Industry Issues versus the Parenting Issues) do you think anyone will believe? There doesn't seem to be a real hunger for empirical evidence.  *sigh*

Ok, guys need alittle extra help here. A while back, I remember a story about a kid killing his parents after being sent to some WWASPs school. I dont know if you guys remember that, I just remember something about a out Tranquility Bay, and the kid killing his parents with a bat, if you guys can pull something up on this, I can really drive Jena back on her argument. I know you guys are better at research than I am, thank you so much for everything.

Posting on ST is like replying to a troll.

The harder you try the more you fail.

The only way you can ever do a damned thing on ST is to post in PM's to undermine the shit said openly.

Struggling teens is just a Internet program for program parents, period, end of story.

I have been thinking about this Niles ...  Actually I think that the atmosphere has changed at ST.

When I first started posting there a few years ago, I don't think I ever recall a negative word said about placement.

Now there are quite a few regulars who speak against it frequently.  There is more discussion about the actual effectiveness of programs.  More discussion about the inevitable recidivism.

Granted it's still very geared for parents who have, are or will choose a program.  But, there is intelligent argument that is both ambivalent and against program placement.

OverLorrd - I think the trick is approach.  Choosing words carefully and presenting them respectfully.  People (rational people) listen to reason.
