parody. It is widely protected by the courts as free speech, just make sure that the very top of the page identifies itself clearly as parody. Establish terms of use that indemnify yourself- read some other sites terms and get an idea of what to write out.
Put your terms of use link right up top- make it clear, and you should be fine. If you like you could contact a lawyer for good measure.
