New feature - Pick your own avatar

Antigen:
Check out your profile. (click on the word 'Profile' in the menu to the left). Down at the bottom of the profile page, there's a nnew option for selecting an avatar. If you don't pick one, you get one of the default icons. If you want to use an image that's not there already, just send it to my email address or send me a url.
