Coincidentally or not, the same people who come up w/ fruity development names in Florida. Pine ridge, where the 'ridge' is a 6' peak and the pines have long since been burned out. Coral Springs, a Westinghouse planned community where there are no springs and the ocean is 10 mi away. Whispering Pines (what are they whispering about? and is that laughter? I didn't even know pines could laugh!)
I'm not kidding, though. H. Wayne Huizenga and Mel Sembler are a couple of the big wheel developers in Florida. And they're both affiliated w/ Straight inc and it's offshoots.

I got nothing! An ultimatum; sign yourself into the other Straight, Inc. in town or walk out the door w/ the clothes on my back and don't come begging for anything.
I actually think I got the better deal than most ppl. It was clear and unambiguous. Whatever I had was mine and no one could take it away.
