Will Tweak and Peek be able to convince Whitmore parents to continue to pay approximately $4,000 per month for an ACADEMICS ONLY Whitmore Academy since the Suds say they "are no longer in the teen help business?"

Parents' Weekend on Memorial Day---approximately 20 students plan to "graduate" or return home already.

How many other students, who were enrolled at Whitmore because of their need for therapy, will remain without the help they need?

Could parents be this gullible?

It appears the Suds are fighting Ken Stettler at every turn about the THERAPY ISSUE--and don't think the Suds can hide out DR. BERNIE and do "therapy" in some dark little room at the old Mansion and not get caught.
And, let's face it, the population of students at Whitmore are kids in need of therapy, OR they would just be home...going to school...doing what kids do...and their parents wouldn't feel the need to ship them off for HELP in the first place.
If these kids at Whitmore were just "Academic-Bound-Boarding-School-Type-Students:" every one of the PARENTS could find a nice, clean, EXCELLENT Academic Private School right in their own home State.
Don't think these parents are GULLIBLE--think they have kids with emotional, behavior, criminal PROBLEMS that they KNOW they can't or WON'T handle on their own!!!!!
Suds WILL GET BUSTED ON THIS ONE--Stettler needs to make an example of somebody, and it AIN'T gonna be his WWASP buddies!

What about these parents who enrolled their kids at Whitmore KNOWING they needed therapy? They just going to leave these kids there without the HELP they sent these kids there for?
How do these parents reconcile that in their minds?
What the heck is going on here?

The evil bureaucrats, misguided and deluded by the adversary, just don't know what's good for kids. So we'll use different language, not call it therapy, skate by under the radar, use their own word games against them in order to keep on doing the work of the Lord.

At least that's more-or-less the reasoning I remember when Seed/Straight changed terms like "foster home" to "host home" and "patient" to "client".

If once [the people] become inattentive to the public affairs,
you and I, and Congress and Assemblies, Judges and Governors,
shall all become wolves.  It seems to be the law of our general
nature, in spite of individual exceptions.

You Got It Antigen: and Ken Stettler has been provided documentation that clearly states, IN WRITING, instructions for parents "to refer to Dr. Bernie Farrow's work at Whitmore Academy as COUNSELING, not THERAPY, because of all the licensing problems with the State."

Doesn't appear to be a complicated issue at all--make the Sudweeks comply OR close that place down!

I realise things are done differently in different areas, but are they not required by law to have a policies and procedures manual drawn up? Is it not part of the contract that all the kids have that therapy is part of the contract?  How do they get around changing their policies and their mission statement while they still have kids there who went in under a different contract? Is it normal for a boarding school to charge upwards of $4,000 per month for room board and education?  Sounds pretty steep to me! I would expect my child to be able to enter Harvard after attending Whitmore and we all know THAT aint gonna happen!

You WOULD THINK someone would have some control over what the Sudweeks are doing--and the contract signed at the time most of these kids enrolled did specify treatment, therapy etc...but if the parents who have kids there NOW either do not care---OR if they are being lied to by the Sudweeks: WHO IS TO TELL THESE PARENTS any difference IF NOT THE LICENSING AUTHORITIES?
