I don't know if you have finished your terms of use statement for flooding, but I have two items.

1) You mentioned to avoid posts over 2-3k. I think it would be easier to set a suggested limit on word count.

2) You mentioned to avoid flooding mention a topic, and a statment, resolution or reference and stop. Until addressing a response.

OK, but I think it would be fair to hold everyone accountable to the same criteria.
