Yes, Joey ran and called home, and was cowardly beaten at Cheryl's demand as she and Mark looked on; as did every Whitmore kid that wasn't MADE to participate in beating this child!
Many of these children who observed this beating are home now--out of Cheryl's raving control! And free to tell the truth, and that should scare the hell out of this woman, and her evil, gutless husband.
Explain this event to your high-paid lawyer--but you better tell him the truth Mr. and Mrs. Sudweeks; and not let him be surprised, and hear it the first time, THE RIGHT WAY, from a court room full of TRUTH-TELLING eye-witneesses!!!!!
