Whats illegal?

In the contract it said that I would be getting school credits but it has been 2 months and I haven't seen a transcript.  I am home now and I have been doing Online school to get cought up I f I do not get my transcript then I will have to go an extra year in high school.  Any advice I was thinking breech of contract
