Cheryl Sudweeks copped a plea in the criminal case of child abuse against her. That explains it rather clearly.

Wait a minute...I've been reading this intently, because it seems like these anons credit one woman with full responsibility for the closure of Whitmore. I want to know - how did she do it, and can I get a lesson from her?
You're saying that this mother barged into Whitmore, plowed through the place, grabbed her kid and left? What kind of security did Whitmore have? As much money as parents spent on tuition, you would expect some measures to be taken to prevent the random snatching of a child. If the girl was removed in such a brutal fashion, why didn't the Sudweeks file charges, considering the number of witnesses? Surely there is a police report somewhere, and since you seem to have access to a wealth of information regarding this "snatching", tell me where I need to go to read it. If Whitmore didn't file a complaint and press charges - well, the Sudweeks were negligent and not forthcoming with details of abuse.

Yeah, it's obvious you don't investigate. You seem to shoot from the hip and disregard anything that goes against your overzealous support of the Sudweeks. Damn, Mark Sudweeks couldn't be trusted with horses, let alone kids.
Give me more information, because this isn't making sense. Also, prosecutors don't go to plea bargains if they don't have a strong case, they drop charges - look at Narvin Litchfield and Randall Hinton. No, a plea bargain is an ass-saving measure employed by the defendant's legal counsel. Next lesson - I'll explain libel laws and common knowledge.
