Trial set against Eagle Point Christian Academy

Wanted to let you know we finally got our court date for the trial against Bethel Boys Academy.  Yes, we will all be dead from old age by then.  LOL

May 22, 2006.  Now that we have a trial date set on the first lawsuit, the law firm will be filing the next one.  Would be happy to send you a copy of this as soon as it is officially filed.

just a tidbit of legal info for you...just because you got a trial date, doesnt mean it will go to trial then.  the courts set like 10-15 cases for the same day, hoping that most, if not all, will settle before their court date.  if the cases ahead of you dont settle, your trial date will get reset.

i know, it sux, but that is our judicial system for you.

trial date removed. Now we try again

The Fountain's lawyers finally got the trial removed from the dockets.  One month before trial.  Now we push to have it put back on as the reason for removal was an out right lie.  Not that I expected anything better from the Fountains.

They own and operate the torture chamber.  It is supposedly a WWASP school now and called something else.  It is so hard to keep up with all their name changes.  Herman Fountain had dealings with WWASP from way back when.  When CASA By the Sea was closed, he rec'd a busload of victims from that place.

Coincidence?  I don't think so....
