From what I read she definately sound like a speed freak of some sort.The sumptom are there.

Are the authorities aware the house mother of a "treatment home" for troubled kids is a tweaker?   So unhealthy!

I wonder if the referral agent(s) are aware of
the woman's  drug abuse? Where is the hubby Mark when all of this chaos is taking place?  

May 5,first Thurs of May is the next Juab Planning Dept meeting. I called information in Utah to get the phone number.I suggest you call,  fAX, WRITE TO let them know your thoughts,any facts etc. They are concerned. They need to hear from people who have first hand experience. Ask that it stay confidential if yopu would like..Reporting to a governing agency, that is your right to have your information protected..

What is a "tweaker?" not familiar with that term.

What does Mark do? He supports this raving woman's activities, and he is not angel himself. He "likes the girls,"  seems the YOUNGER THE BETTER...he's just more SNEAKY than Cheryl. He uses racial slurs, and curses the kids too. He observes the Kids beating Kids too...seems both the Suds get something out of this type of violence. Mark has be seen using handcuffs on students--roughing kids up himself. He's called a "whimp," but he has a mean streak. He's "calmer than Cheryl," but he is not "the nice guy."
